Chrissy Teigen is ensuring that her two-year-old daughter, Esti is starting out early, practicing daily affirmations. In a recent video, the former Sports Illustrated model captures the sweet moment, sharing it with fans. Trust us, you will indeed repeatedly watch the video and end up saying the affirmations right along with them!

“I am beautiful!” Teigen can be heard shouting off-camera as her two-year-old daughter repeats adorably.

“I am smart!” Teigen continues and Esti repeats. Then the adorable toddler then runs up to the camera, tackling the 39-year-old, making her laugh.

Teign and her daughter continue with the affirmations saying, ““I am amazing!”, “I’m gonna have a great day!”, and “I am beautiful!” among other affirmations.

From where we are sitting, the Cravings cookbook author appears to have this parenting journey down to a science. However, in a candid moment, the mother-of-four revealed that there is one thing that she is afraid that she will pass on to her children: the feeling that one is responsible for other people’s emotions/feelings and what other people think.

“Sometimes it feels very isolating to feel this way, and the fact that other people feel imprisoned by this too, that helps a lot, because one of the worst parts about it is me feeling crazy or feeling that nobody else will understand this feeling. ‘Why am I like this?’ I’m really scared of passing this along to my kids.” Teigen stated on her podcast, Self-Conscious With Chrissy Teigen. “I think that is the big realization for me, is, I can’t do this to my kids. I don’t ever want them to feel like they have to perform for everybody and be good all the time, but I know that sometimes I probably am that way.”

Later in the episode she concludes saying, “I cannot imagine this for my kids, I hope that they don’t want to please everybody in life, and I hope that they know that their body is their own, their mind is their own, their actions are their own, and they can’t control other people. I cannot have them live this way that I live.”

Teigen shares not only her daughter Esti with husband, EGOT-winner, John Legend, but the duo are also parents to Luna, 8, Miles, 6, and Wren, 1.
