Freddy Brazier has revealed he will name his child after his late-mother Jade Goody if his pregnant ex-girlfriend welcomes a daughter.
The son of Jeff Brazier and the late Jade announced he was set to become a father with his ex back in August.
And now speaking for first time since he announced the happy news, he revealed to The Sun that the baby is due in April 2026.
He told the publication: ‘I think Jade would be a good name, if it’s a girl, after my mum.
‘But I have some unique and nice name ideas too. The baby is due next year, in April, it’s really exciting, I can’t wait to be a father.’
He also explained that him and the mother of his child are not in a relationship but are ‘civil’ and they both want to create a ‘nice life’ for their first child.

Freddy also explained that his father, Jeff, ‘fully supports him’ but his brother Bobby, was ‘a bit shocked’ by the news.
Freddy and his ex’s brief relationship was understood to have ended acrimoniously following a string of rows but it was previously said they had discussed reconciling their differences if possible, to become parents together.
Last month the pair looked as though they had got back together as he shared his first photo with his ‘baby mother-to-be’.
Sharing a sweet video to TikTok, Freddy uploaded a photo with his partner and wrote: ‘Off the market.’
Another photo showed his girlfriend with their pet dog, which he titled: ‘My little family so far.’
Freddy captioned the update: ‘My Riches, my happiness and my reasons to keep on growing!’
The dad-to-be has now put those rumours to bed in his latest interview.
In an Instagram post earlier this month, the model wrote and repeated in a video: ‘I’m actually a DILF to be!’ – an acronym for an attractive dad, as he announced the news.

Freddy’s older brother Bobby has also spoke about becoming an uncle for the first time at the NTAs.
Bobby told Daily Mail: ‘I’m excited to become an Uncle, it’s going to be a team effort, like raising anything is.
‘My dad has been super supportive and we’re going to raise the baby together.’
But when asked if it was going to be a healing force between his family who have recently been experiencing a rift after his brother fell out with his father Jeff, Bobby said: ‘I’m not sure about healing but we’re going to raise it together.
‘At first I thought it could have been a prank when I heard about it,’ Bobby admitted.
The Strictly star revealed he first heard about it when the Mail on Sunday broke the story last month and he called up his father who confirmed the revelation.

The baby news would have made Big Brother star Jade, who died of cervical cancer in 2009, a grandmother for the first time (pictured with sons Bobby on left and Freddy right in 2006)
‘There was only one person that Freddy could have turned to,’ a source told the Mail on Sunday. ‘His dad.’
While relations had been strained for some time, particularly when Jeff hired lawyers in a bid to stop Freddy seeing his notoriously unstable grandmother, he always knew that his father would be there for him if a crisis arose.
The source continued: ‘He has been in close contact with Jeff ever since, and has been taking his advice.
‘It came as a shock to Freddy that he is going to be a dad and he needed some help navigating it. Jeff has been amazing and is helping him so much.’
