Katie Price has been spotted behind the wheel of an allegedly untaxed vehicle just weeks after she got her licence back following a two-year driving ban.
The 45-year-old was seen driving a white Nissan Elgrand at a petrol station in Sussex.
The vehicle reported had a valid MOT at the time she was seen driving it, but it had not been taxed, according to The Sun, which published a photograph of her in the car.
The Nissan was allegedly due to be taxed on June 1. There are a number of exemptions for driving without road tax – for example, disabled drivers and those using disabled passenger vehicles don’t pay one.
Additionally, historic cars made before January 1, 1983, are exempt, but the Nissan Ms Price was spotted driving was made in 2003.

Motorists driving without tax can be fined up to £1,000.
MailOnline has contacted Sussex Police and a representative for Ms Price for comment.
The celebrity has only been back behind the wheel for a few weeks, after she received a 16-week suspended jail sentence and a driving ban in December 2021.

Ms Price flipped her BMW on to its side on the B2135 near Partridge Green, south of Horsham in West Sussex, at about 6.20am on September 28 while driving to see a friend.
She completed a court-assigned rehabilitation order following the accident, when which she tested positive for alcohol and cocaine.
The model also issued a grovelling apology after avoiding jail for the drug and booze-fuelled car crash.
She said she was ‘incredibly sorry’ and was working hard to address mental-health issues.

She said: ‘It’s been a really difficult time and I’m incredibly sorry for my actions – I’m sincerely grateful nobody was hurt.’
The mum-of-five added: ‘I’m spending time getting better – mental health is a hidden illness and can strike at any time.’
Campaigners were furious after she walked free from court at the time, despite having crashing the BMW during her fifth driving ban.
She told police at the scene: ‘I took drugs. I should not be driving. I admit it all’.
But she escaped with a 16-week suspended sentence for drink-driving after pleading guilty and going into rehab.
She had crashed her BMW while double the drink-drive limit after leaving her home to allegedly buy drugs during an all-night alcohol and cocaine bender.
The model had no driving licence at the time after being disqualified for two years in October 2019 – and has now been banned from the roads six times in total.
The three charges were using a motor vehicle on a public place without third-party insurance; driving while unfit to drive through drink; and driving while disqualified. She was taken to hospital but is not thought to have been badly injured.
