Lana started the photo collection with a shot of her and Billie Eilish singing.
The pair sat on a balcony during Lana’s Friday Coachella slot.
She wore a blue sequinned dress that plunged low and featured a cutout underneath her breasts.
Lana left her brunette locks lightly styled and finished the look with silver embellished knee-high boots.
Billie covered up in an oversized striped shirts and pants.
They pair sang Billie’s hit Ocean Eyes together to the crowd’s cheers.
While the viewers were delighted with Lana’s performance, the Summertime Sadness appeared to shade her staff behind the scenes in the post’s caption.
She thanked everyone who contributed to her show, including Billie, her backing dancers and band.
However, she called out her band manager, John, for supposedly “F**king up everything.”
She thanked specific people and said her band spent months in a cold warehouse and almost caught an illness due to their conditions.
The star said she caught laryngitis due to being so cold.
Lana then thanked an Emily, who stepped up to manage her when John stepped down.
“Emily for stepping up as tour manager when Pete quit for no reason after 15 years,” she wrote.
“He was butt hurt that I got 10 comped bikes for free from Wally and randomly decided he was more of a stage designer than a tour manager…
“Never got a phone call probably never will. Still grateful for the 15 years though,” she continued.
“No worries – 37 days was more than enough time to put together an entire headlining set all by ourselves. Not stressful at all,” she concluded sarcastically.

While Lana described a stressful run-up to her show, the star seemed the picture of calm on her social media.
The Born To Die artist shared a snap of herself sunbathing in Los Angeles on Wednesday ahead of her appearance.
She peered off to the side while wearing a pink bikini, showing off major cleavage as she snapped the photo from below.
Lana’s lighter-colored hair was tied up in a loose bun, with a few bang pieces left out around her face.
“Let’s go,” she captioned the photo.
