Catie and Josh
Among them is Catie, a 26-year-old free spirit from Portland, Oregon. Known for her candidness and a touch of OCD, Catie’s life is anything but predictable. However, her penchant for impulsive make-outs with friends and strangers alike tests the patience of her fiancé, Josh, as their wedding day looms.
Josh, a composed and rational Englishman, is enchanted by Catie’s daring nature. Yet, the unpredictability she brings to his life often leaves him questioning his limits. Just weeks before their nuptials, Catie makes a shocking revelation: she desires an open marriage. This leaves Josh at a crossroads—will he embrace this unconventional path, or decide to return to the U.K.?
In a teaser for the upcoming season, Josh reflects on their relationship, saying, “I’m giving Catie a lot of slack, and that’s being thrown in my face.”

Marissa and Edward
Marissa, 45, is busy with her high-powered New York career and raising her two sons in Pennsylvania while also maintaining the expectations of her upper-crust, socialite family. Add a new romance into the mix, and things get really complicated.
During a girls’ trip to the Dominican Republic Marissa fell for Edward, 32, a charming and easygoing hotel concierge. Now, he’s joining Marissa in the Big Apple. But Edward quickly learns that fitting into her world is harder than it looks. Dealing with judgment from Marissa’s tough ex-husband and her skeptical parents, the couple must figure out whether love can bridge the gap between their very different social classes and cultural worlds.
“Since you got to the United States, everything has changed,” she tells him.
“I don’t know what that means,” he replies.
Mallorie and Rașit

Mallorie, 29, a wild Southern force of nature, fell hard for Rasit, 29, a boat captain she met during a girls’ trip to Greece. But bringing Rasit – who is originally from Turkey – home to her small rural hometown of Athens, Alabama, proves challenging.
He struggles to connect with Mallorie’s outspoken friends and navigate life as a foreigner. Meanwhile, tensions rise when Rasit asks Mallorie to help support his parents financially back home. Once they sit down to discuss their future, including a possible prenup and starting a family, they discover that their different points of view could stand in the way of their fairytale ending.
Shea and Anabelle
Shea, 54, is a local celebrity in his town of Paducah, Kentucky. He’s wealthy and a well-known realtor famous for his southern charm and rowdy lake parties. But he quickly fell for Anabelle, 54, a shy, attentive, and warm Filipino caretaker.
The the yin to Shea’s yang. Anabelle loves to take care of her man. However, their relationship is tested when Shea’s daughter Allison and his ex-wife Nicole start stirring gossip, exposing his previous infidelities. The drama forces Shea and Anabelle to question whether their love can survive the weight of his complicated past.
Debby and Mido
Debby, 55, is a devoted mother and insurance agent from New Orleans. Her life took an unexpected turn when she got engaged to Mido, a 41-year-old virgin and charismatic Egyptian actor with big dreams of making it in Hollywood.
From the moment Mido arrives in the U.S., the couple is pushed to their limits, and Debby finds herself questioning whether Mido is truly ready for marriage or simply chasing stardom.
“At what point do you decide that something’s just not meant to be?” she wonders.
With Debby’s friends and daughter openly doubting his intentions, her and Mido’s road to the altar becomes a true last‑minute cliffhanger.
Ashia and Maxwell

Ashia, 38, is a Pentecostal prophetess‑in‑training from Alabaster, Alabama. With big faith and an even bigger personality, she’s convinced that God brought her King, Maxwell, 28, into her life.
Ashia and Maxwell’s journey hits major roadblocks when K-1 visa troubles stall their plans, pushing her to travel to Nigeria with her mother in hopes of finding a new way forward. There, the couple faces clashing families, differing expectations, and questions about their age gap and plans for children. As tensions rise and new obstacles emerge with Maxwell’s visa, he and Ashia consider marrying in Nigeria and pursuing a spousal visa, setting the stage for one of the season’s most unpredictable love stories.
Thomas and Paula
Paula, 41, is a quirky and fun-loving Brazilian entrepreneur who “always wanted to get married with a gringo.” She firmly believes in manifestation and credits her vibrant life, thriving piercing business, and her fiancé Thomas to the power of the universe.
Thomas, 31, is Paula’s polar opposite in many ways. He’s a frugal minimalist from Long Beach, California, who prefers a spartan lifestyle. While the pair consider themselves best friends, they discover just how different they are when Paula arrives in the U.S. and they clash on almost everything. Then, Paula’s family arrives and voices major red flags about Thomas’s stubborn childish ways, forcing her to question whether love can overcome their different approaches to life.
