Nadia Sawalha had a very near miss on Wednesday evening.
The Loose Women star, 58, stumbled while drunk dancing on the beach with her sober husband Mark Adderley, on Wednesday evening.
Nadia took to Instagram the following day where she shared the carefree video of herself having a boogie on the sand, which showed her narrowly avoiding a fall.
The former actress and her TV producer beau – who wed in 2002 – showed off their best moves while partying together to Sean Paul’s hit song No Lie featuring Dua Lipa.
Nadia wrote alongside the video: ‘Us last night …. Which one’s plastered which ones not ??? Nothing makes me happier than seeing @mark_adderley dance … you’ve pulled baby.’

Mark has previously spoken openly about his battle with alcohol addiction, and was caught drink-driving in 2003, leading to a 28 month driving ban and a stint in the Priory.
Earlier this month, Nadia had her followers in stitches as she posted a hysterical video of her falling head-first into a paddling pool.

The former actress showed off her figure to her 521K followers as she slipped into a floral swimsuit.
Standing in her garden, she was making the most of the summer weather by taking a dip into a cooling paddling pool.
However, as Nadia tried to dive in she inelegantly fell into the cold water face first with her legs in the air.
As she struggled to regain her balance, her older sister Dina Sawalha playfully tried to push her in with her foot as Nadia begged her to stop.
She eventually managed to get fully submerged into the icy pool and broke down into fits of laughter.

Captioning the hilarious video, Nadia wrote: ‘Epic FAIL. Who can make out what my sister @thedinasawalha is doing ??!! she is EVIL! Did your big sister torture you too?’
It comes after Nadia once again showed off her curves but this time in a bikini as she drunkenly frolicked in the ocean at night in a hilarious video shared to Instagram last month.
The TV personality stood in the water in a blue and beige two piece as a wave came up behind her and swept her off her feet.
Next she was lying in the shallow sea water rolling around as the waves broke over her head.
The clip then transitioned to the ITV star sitting in the back of a car laughing with her head rested on the seat in front.
Nadia revealed her children had been ‘secretly filming’ her during their family getaway last year but she was happy to share it all the same, and admitted she’d had a glass of ‘Ouzo’, a traditional Greek alcoholic beverage, in the video.
