Rochelle Humes takes mini-me daughter Alaia-Mai on night out to Kate Middleton’s Shaping Us event

Rochelle Humes was ever the radiant beauty on Monday evening as she enjoyed a night out in London with eldest daughter Alaia-Mai, nine, to BAFTA London.

The TV personality looked beautiful in a satin maxi dress as she attended The Princess of Wales’ event, which saw the royal launch the next stage of her Shaping Us campaign and was hosted by The Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood.

Beaming as she met Kate, who was also accompanied by husband Prince William, the daughter of Rochelle, 33, and husband Marvin Humes, 37, donned a floral printed dress for the occasion.

Rochelle’s satin garment had a long-sleeve design and scooping neck as it fell to her ankles in a figure-accentuating style.

She teamed the number with a pair of dark court heels to match, while keeping warm with a gold-buttoned cardigan on top.

The Saturday’s star scooped her dark locks away into a sleek bun, while adding a pair of gorgeous pearl and gold earrings.

And Alaia-Mai was the spitting image of her mother as they grasped hands while leaving the event.

The youngster had her tresses styled in a matching style to mum Rochelle as she was dressed in a floral dress with cream tights.

Sharing a laugh, the trio were also joined by beaming BBC journalist Kate Silverton, who greeted Kate and Rochelle in a black maxi skirt and blazer.

Rochelle also spoke of being brought up by her mother, a single parent, sharing: ‘She [my mother] taught me, protected me, cuddled me when I was upset and – please believe me – in equal measure corrected me when I was wrong. She taught me that anything was possible and that if you don’t ask, you don’t get.’
