Travis Barker is set to release a new documentary that delves into seven transformative years of his life, featuring a special appearance by his ex-wife, Shanna Moakler.
The documentary, titled Travis Barker: Love Is Louder Than Fear, made its debut at the Tribeca Film Festival, where Us Weekly was present on Saturday, June 13. At 50, Barker reflects on significant challenges he’s encountered, such as overcoming his fear of flying following a traumatic plane crash in 2008 and his battle with addiction.
Moakler, now 51, appears in the film to discuss their marriage, which spanned from 2004 to 2008. She reminisces about Barker’s admission to her about his intense addiction, revealing he was consuming 20 to 30 painkillers daily. Barker also recounts how his loved ones were so concerned for his well-being that a security guard was tasked with monitoring him as he slept to ensure his safety.
The documentary also includes archival footage from their reality series Meet the Barkers. Their children—son Landon, 22, daughter Alabama, 20, and Moakler’s daughter Atiana, 27, from her relationship with Oscar De La Hoya—also feature prominently in the film.

The couple revealed that Kardashian got pregnant six months after they started dating in 2021. They were expecting a girl — who they were going to name Tulip — before Kardashian learned at a doctor’s appointment at the three-month mark that their baby no longer had a heartbeat.
