Who is Erika Jayne’s estranged husband, Tom Girardi?
Tom Girardi is a former lawyer who co-founded the Los Angeles law firm, Girardi & Keese, which no longer exists.
In 1961, he received his undergraduate degree from Loyola Marymount University and three years later attained his JD degree from Loyola Law School.
He also got an LLM from New York University in 1965.
In July 2022, Girardi was disbarred by the State Bar of California.
In February 2023, he was charged with five counts of wire fraud, as per Page Six.
He was indicted on February 1 for allegedly embezzling more than $15 million from his clients and using the money to allegedly “fund payroll, other clients’ settlement funds that had previously been misappropriated and personal expenses,” the outlet reports.

According to the Department of Justice, Girardi was diagnosed with late-onset Alzheimer’s disease and dementia in March 2021 and is currently living in a senior facility in Orange County, California.

Girardi has been married to Erika Jayne since 1999, but the pair are currently going through a contentious split.
She ditched her wedding ring in November 2020 after filing for divorce.
Documents were allegedly filed on November 25th to terminate a court’s ability to award spousal support to Jayne.
Jayne formally announced the split to Us Weekly on November 3, saying, “After much consideration, I have decided to end my marriage to Tom Girardi.
“This is not a step taken lightly or easily. I have great love and respect for Tom and for our years and the lives we built together.
“It is my absolute wish to proceed through this process with respect and with the privacy that both Tom and I deserve. I request others give us that privacy as well.”
They apparently “had an unconventional marriage” and spent “a lot of time apart” during their union.

Who is Erika Jayne?
Erika Jayne is a singer, actress, and television personality who stars on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
The singer “dreamed of being in showbiz” at a young age while growing up in Atlanta, according to her online bio, and moved to New York City to “pursue her aspirations.”
In 2007, Jayne topped the US Billboard Dance Club Songs chart and starred as Roxie Hart in Chicago on Broadway before the coronavirus pandemic struck.
She has been married twice, once to Thomas Zizzo and once to Girardi.
She and Zizzo share one child, a son named Tommy.
Girardi was one of Jayne’s biggest supporters, so when she embarked on a Las Vegas residency in 2023, she said she felt a little scared.
“On one hand, I felt empowered to be doing it on my own but it was frightening at the same time,” she told People.
“Tom was someone I turned to for guidance on everything. He was a very big part of my life,” Jayne continued.
“I would really go to him and he would sort of talk me into feeling better, or push me to look at things a different way. And when you don’t have that, you miss that.”
