ERWIN, Tenn. (WJHL) — In a significant legal development, former Erwin Police Chief Regan Tilson, alongside two other former members of the Erwin Police Department, faced arraignment on Monday over charges of official misconduct. These charges emerge from an investigation conducted by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI).
During the court proceedings, Regan Tilson, Tiffany Tilson, and ex-police captain Gary Edwards each entered not guilty pleas in response to the allegations leveled against them.
Tiffany Tilson previously served as the department’s operations officer, while Gary Edwards held the position of police captain.
