Man Charged in Boones Creek Fire Incident Facing Court After Mental Health Assessment


JONESBOROUGH, Tenn. (WJHL) — On Tuesday, a man accused of setting his mother’s home ablaze in Boones Creek last month faced a judge.

Dustin Machen, 32, from Gray, is facing several serious charges, including attempted first-degree murder, attempted especially aggravated kidnapping, aggravated arson, aggravated burglary, and interference with a 911 call.
