Man shot in Williston; shooter yet to be found

WILLISTON, ND () — The Williston Police Department is reporting that a man was shot near the 1300 Block of 15th Ave W and they have not found who shot him at this time.

According to the Williston Police Department, the incident occurred earlier today around 12:59 p.m. when police responded to a man who had been injured from a gunshot.

Preliminary information indicated a possible related location to be the Harvest Hills area of Williston. A greater police presence is currently working in the area. As a precautionary measure, additional police officers have been stationed in and around the Williston High School due to its proximity to Harvest Hills.
