Police search for suspect after shooting leaves 1 hurt at Titusville apartment complex

TITUSVILLE, Fla. – At least one person was hurt in a shooting at an apartment complex Wednesday afternoon, according to Titusville police.

Police said they responded around 3:45 p.m. after getting reports of a shooting outside apartments along the 800 block of Sycamore Street.

When officers arrived, the suspect or suspects had already left and a man was found with a gunshot wound, police said.

The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Titusville police are asking anyone with information to call them at 321-264-7800 or Crimeline at 1-800-423-8477 to remain anonymous. A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered for information.
