AIKEN, S.C. – The Aiken County Sheriff’s Office announced Wednesday the arrest of two teenagers in connection with the fatal shooting of 24-year-old Justin Bryant.
Authorities have identified the suspects as 17-year-old Jamereon Rahiem Griffin from Saluda and a 16-year-old minor. Griffin was taken into custody on Wednesday, April 15, while the juvenile suspect was apprehended on Monday, April 13. Both individuals face charges of murder, armed robbery, criminal conspiracy, and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime.
Griffin is currently detained at the Aiken County Detention Center, whereas the juvenile is held at the South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice.
The tragic incident occurred on April 2 in the 900 block of Kedron Church Road.
