The GBI said that 35-year-old Robert Smith of Cookeville, Tennesse, was wanted for Aggravated Assault out of Nashville. On Wednesday, April 16th, Smith drove to Georgia and abandoned his car in Atlanta.

Smith was then driven by a person back North. When the two stopped at a convenience store, the person ran inside to hide and asked employees to call 911.
