Tennessee’s THCA Ban: What You Need to Know Before July 1st Deadline

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — As of July 1, hemp retailers throughout Tennessee will confront the implications of new state regulations, which include a prohibition on most THCA products—a change that some shop owners fear may jeopardize their businesses.

This shift stems from legislation enacted last year that assigned the TN Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) regulatory authority over the hemp sector.
