(WHTM) – In a significant safety notice, Cosyland, a manufacturer known for children’s wooden toys and furniture, has initiated the recall of approximately 125,000 children’s tower stools. This action follows 25 incidents highlighting stability concerns, which have unfortunately led to at least eight injuries.
The announcement, made by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, involves Cosyland Children’s Tower Stools. It was identified that these stools have a tendency to collapse or tip over during use. The design flaw includes front and back openings that are large enough for a child’s torso to pass through, creating a potential hazard for injury or even fatality if the stool overturns or if a child becomes trapped.
The recalled Cosyland Children’s Tower Stools are for models CS0003 and CS0092-4 only. They can also be identified by their measurements (16 in. deep x 18 in. wide and 35 in. tall) and by the “COSYLAND” imprint and warning labels that can be seen along the items’ top rails.
The eight reported injuries range from scrapes and contusions, in addition to one fractured arm.
These recalled stools were sold online at Amazon.com from April 2021 through November 2025 for around $70, according to the recall. They were sold in two colors, natural bamboo and gray.

Consumers should stop using the recalled tower stools and store them away from children until they can be repaired. You can contact Cosyland Officials for repair parts, which include protective nets, stabilizing feet, and installation instructions.
The company says it will mail these repair parts directly to the consumer, free of charge.
