GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Marshawn Kneeland, a promising defensive end for the Dallas Cowboys and a native of Grand Rapids, Michigan, was discovered dead following a police chase in Texas, authorities have confirmed.
The tragic news of Kneeland’s death was shared by the Cowboys on Thursday morning, according to reports from ESPN and the NFL.
