Just moments after that, Trump was caught using his cell phone camera to check on his hair and adjust his tie during the Saturday evening event.
This comical instance of self-reflection amused internet audiences, propelling the 80-year-old president into viral fame once more.
One individual commented, “He even waved to those watching him watch himself. I love our President,” while another remarked, “Probably admiring how good the back of his head looks.”
People were quick to dub the moment ‘Trumpception.’
