‘I am a well-known animal lover and major animal activist,’ the director said in a statement.

A homing pigeon is said to have been murdered when the project was filming in Rome, according to Italian officials.

A dolly allegedly struck and killed the homing pigeon in the middle of a take, according to an insider.

Unidentified crew members are said to have witnessed the incident and taken a picture, which was then given to Italian authorities.

Filming: Italian authorities have claimed that a homing pigeon was killed while the production was filming in Rome

A homing pigeon is alleged to have been killed by Italian authorities when the project was filming in Rome.

In Italy, pigeons are a protected species, and it is against the law to kill, injure, or capture them or any other wild bird.

Bay asserts that they have proof that refutes the charge with regard to the photo that was submitted to the Italian authorities.

We are free from these accusations because of the unmistakable video footage, the numerous witnesses, and the safety officers. And refutes the claims made in their lone paparazzi shot,’ Bay claimed.

Michael disputes: Regarding the photo that was sent to Italian authorities, Bay claims they have evidence that disputes the allegation

Bay asserts that they have proof that refutes the charge in relation to the photo that was submitted to the Italian authorities.

The director said, “I cannot discuss specifics at this time because the lawsuit is pending, but I am certain that we will win when I have my day in court.”

Bay allegedly declined the offer to settle the matter and pay a modest charge and has since made three separate attempts to have the lawsuit dismissed.

I was given the opportunity to resolve this issue with the Italian authorities by paying a modest charge, but I declined to do so since I would not admit that I had hurt an animal, Bay said.

Confident: The director added, 'There is an ongoing court case so I cannot get into the specifics, but I am confident we will prevail when I have my day in court'
