Prince George their first son was born on 22 July 2013 in the Lindo Wing of St Mary’s Hospital, London, where Prince William had been delivered. Their second child Princess Charlotte was born on 2 May 2015 in the same hospital. Prince William’s third child Prince Louis was born on 23 April 2018.

The heir apparent to the British monarchy is William, Prince of Wales, KG, KT, PC, ADC (William Arthur Philip Louis; born 21 June 1982). He is the older child of King Charles III and Diana, Princess of Wales, who was his first wife.
William, who was born in London, attended Wetherby School, Ludgrove School, and Eton College for his education. He graduated from the University of St. Andrews with a Scottish Master of Arts in geography. Prior to joining the Blues and Royals, William received training at the Royal Military Academy in Sandhurst. William completed his studies at the Royal Air Force College at Cranwell in April 2008, and he joined the RAF Search and Rescue Force in January 2009.
He served as a full-time pilot with the East Anglian Air Ambulance for two years, starting in July 2015.
William represents the king in official capacities and engagements. More than 30 military and charity organizations, including the Tusk Trust, Centrepoint, and the London Air Ambulance Charity, have designated him as a patron.

He works on charitable endeavors through The Royal Foundation, focusing on emergency responders, conservation, and mental health. He established the “United for Wildlife” project in December 2014 with the intention of reducing the illegal wildlife trafficking globally.
To encourage individuals to talk about their mental health difficulties, William, his wife Catherine, and his brother Harry launched the “Heads Together” mental health awareness campaign in April 2016. William announced the establishment of the £50 million Earthshot Prize in October 2020. The prize will serve as an incentive for environmental solutions during the following ten years.
Prior to his 2011 nuptials to Catherine Middleton, William was appointed Duke of Cambridge. Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis are the three offspring of the couple. Following his father’s ascension to the throne on September 8, 2022, he was made the Duke of Cornwall and the Duke of Rothesay. He was given the title Prince of Wales the next day, which is only given to the monarch’s apparent heir.
