Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPaglia recently took a playful jab at her former boyfriend, Zach Bryan, following his recent marriage to Samantha Leonard.
The 26-year-old Barstool Media star posted a TikTok video on Friday that quickly caught the attention of her fans. In the video, LaPaglia is seen lip-syncing to “Mastermind” by Taylor Swift, sparking a wave of enthusiastic reactions in the comments section.
During the clip, LaPaglia mouthed the pointed lyrics, “Checkmate, I couldn’t lose,” seemingly aimed at her ex.
Fans were quick to rally behind her, with one viewer commenting, “Bri is marked safe 📍 from the worst decision ever.” Another chimed in, “You dodged a bullet. YOU definitely won, girl!”
Adding to the support, a third fan expressed, “All you’ve done is glow and rise, and even though he still tries to reach out, you’ve made your escape. Checkmate, you were never meant to lose.”
“They can copy the recipe but the sauce still won’t taste the same,” a different netizen added.
The video comes shortly after LaPaglia’s boss, Dave Portnoy, sounded off on the country singer’s nuptials, making sure to have his former “BFFs” podcast co-host’s back.
“There ain’t no way that ain’t a Brianna robot. Ain’t no way,” the 48-year-old wrote via X on Friday, referencing the bride’s uncanny resemblance to LaPaglia.
Portnoy echoed his previous remarks about Bryan’s now-wife, 28, from an August episode of his “Unnamed Show” podcast.
“How is that even possible?” he asked his listeners at the time while showing side-by-side images of the women as he reacted to the news of Bryan’s new romance.
“I honestly don’t even know what I’m looking at here,” Portnoy admitted, going on to label Bryan “an absolute psychopath.”
“He went and built a Brianna 2.0 in the lab,” Portnoy quipped.
LaPlagia dated Bryan, 29, from 2023 until 2024. After officially calling it quits, the “Special Forces” alum accused her ex of emotional abuse and claimed that the singer offered her $12 million to sign a non-disclosure agreement post-breakup.
However, she said she turned down the “blood money.”
