Bride is mercilessly TROLLED on TikTok after leading her bridesmaids in a pre-wedding WORKOUT

A bride is getting mocked online after making her bridesmaids do a workout with her on the morning of her wedding — and then recommending others do the same. 

Kennedy Olson Hart, 21, from Utah, has gone viral on TikTok after sharing a video of herself leading her bridal party in a cardio dance routine just hours before tying the knot. 

‘POV: it’s your wedding morning,’ she captioned the short clip, which has been viewed more than 4.4 million times. 

The footage shows Kennedy dressed in a white sports bra and matching bike shorts as she energetically bounces around the front of the room.

There are about a dozen other women following her lead who are dressed in black workout gear. 

At the end of the clip, the bride lets out an excited, ‘Woo!’ 

‘I highly recommend!!’ Kennedy said of her pre-wedding workout in the caption. 

The video has received nearly 1,400 comments since it was posted on March 7, and many people agreed that making your bridesmaids work up a sweat on your big day is a ‘nightmare.’

‘NOPE,’ one TikTok user responded. 

‘This is my HELL,’ another added.

‘Absolutely not,’ someone else wrote. ‘We are drinking at 7 a.m.’

Many commenters mocked the bride for making her bridesmaids work out with her, but there were some fitness lovers who were fans of the idea 

Kennedy’s bridesmaids seemed to be having a good time in the video, but critics couldn’t resist trolling her over having the sweat session on an already busy day. 

One person called in an ‘almond mom wedding’ — a term used to describe mothers with restrictive eating habits. 

‘Y’all do marathons on Thanksgiving too…I just know it,’ another joked.

Others insisted the bride had to be from Utah, and Kennedy confirmed in the comments that she is indeed from the state. 

Despite the influx of criticism, there were plenty of fitness lovers who were all for the bride relieving some wedding day stress with a workout with her friends. 

‘I would love to do a morning yoga [routine] or something to get the nerves out,’ one fan commented. ‘This is actually smart. 

‘I’d totally be up for this! another agreed. ‘But I love early morning cardio sessions and don’t drink.’

‘It’s YOUR wedding day and you’re thriving,’ someone else added.
