Brooke Burke flaunted her toned abs while frolicking on the beach in Malibu.

Sporting a neon green bikini, the 53-year-old multi-hyphenate struck various poses as she put on a show for lucky photographers.

Burke’s muscles glistened in the sun as her long, brown hair blew in the wind.

Her color-blocked swimsuit — comprised of a triangle top and cheeky shorts — featured accents of orange, yellow and blue.

The TV host and fitness guru completed her summer-ready look with large hoop earrings.

Despite her fit physique, she insists she doesn’t diet or restrict herself.

The Season 7 winner of “Dancing With the Stars” shared insights into her health routine earlier this year. She explained to the Boca Raton Observer that her day typically starts with a blended whole lemon for a refreshing kickstart.

“People call me the lemon lady,” she quipped to the magazine. “I’ll also have two cups of coffee with half and half or cream.”

Following a morning workout, Burke makes herself a smoothie of her own superfood blend.

Despite her love for meat, red wine, and rich flavors, she emphasizes a balanced approach to nutrition. She enjoys cooking and focuses on incorporating ample protein, healthy fats, and flavorful spices into her diet, with a preference for Mediterranean-inspired dishes.

The actress made sure to add that she tries to eat her last meal by 8 p.m.

In 2017, she launched the Brooke Burke Body fitness app, which promotes shorter, targeted routines.

“It started as a fitness app, but it’s grown into an intentional wellness platform,” she gushed to the Observer.

Her dedication extends beyond just her own well-being. She is passionate about promoting an environment of continuous learning and self-exploration when it comes to health, encouraging individuals to stay curious, ask questions, and become more attuned to their bodies.

The mother of four, whose fiancé, Scott Rigsby, has two children of his own, noted, “What works for me may not work for you, and it may not work for someone else.”

Burke, who has beat thyroid cancer, currently battles multiple autoimmune diseases.

When it comes to the topic of menopause, she stressed, “We have to have compassion for ourselves. Quite honestly, it could be the greatest phase of our lives, but because our bodies are constantly changing, we have to learn to change with them.”

Burke believes “women need more weight training through menopause for lean muscle and healthy bones, so [she’s] using more weights now.”

Though bodies age, the model told Page Six Style in a December 2023 interview that “spirit doesn’t,” sharing, “I spent a lot of time doing that inner work and finding beauty that exudes from the inside out.”
