CHICAGO (WLS) — Chicago police have made an arrest months after the killing of City of Chicago employee Da’J Flowers.
Darreon Plummer, 33, of Glen Ellyn, faces a first-degree murder charge and is expected to appear in court Friday.
Investigators said Plummer is believed to have been involved in Flowers’ February shooting death on Chicago’s Far North Side.
Flowers, 36, was found shot to death inside a home in the 6900-block of North Bell Avenue in West Rogers Park shortly before 9:15 a.m. on Feb. 5, police said.
