A galaxy of stars is in contention for accolades tonight. Among them, Bad Bunny, Kendrick Lamar, and Sabrina Carpenter are vying for the coveted Album of the Year award. Meanwhile, emerging talents like Addison Rae and Lola Young are competing for the title of Best New Artist.
In the running for Song of the Year are chart-topping hits including Doechii’s “Anxiety” and “Wildflower” by Billie Eilish, alongside several other notable tracks.
Ahead of the ceremony, the stars descended upon the red carpet to show off their outfits… and there was a slew of sartorial nightmares and over-the-top outfits.
The Daily Mail has rounded up the biggest fashion faux pas from the 2026 Grammy Awards.
Leaving NOTHING to the imagination! Singer Chappell Roan dared to bare as she went nearly topless at the awards show, pairing her see-through, burgundy mesh dress with a pair of black underwear. The dress was held together by her nipple piercings. She paired it with a gold choker and strappy black heels. She wrapped up the bold look with heavy eye makeup and an ombre red lip
The bare minimum! Model Heidi Klum appeared to the Grammys looking nearly naked from far away, as she turned up in a skin-colored, strapless, figure-hugging latex dress. The gown showed off her chest as she didn’t hold anything back, pairing the bold dress with a pair of matching nude heels
Too much going on! Singer Miley Cyrus went for a casual look on the bottom with black, balloon-style dress pants, pairing it with a tight, cropped leather jacket that had tons of gold charms pinned to it. The outfit was made by Celine, and she accessorized with a pair of black patent leather heels, messy hair and gold hoop earrings
What a throwback! Addison Rae wore a strangely-shaped white dress that looked like it could have appeared at an awards show in the early 2000s. The white sculptural dress featured a U-shaped low cut out down to her belly button, with a dramatic skirt which had cascading ruffles that met in the middle. The back of the asymmetrical dress was cut extremely short. She chose not to accessorize, and simply wore a pair of white heels to complete the look
Way too busy! Jamie Foxx arrived to the Grammy Awards wearing a bold, houndstooth-printed suit with hints of blue, yellow, burgundy, and green on it. But if the suit wasn’t enough of a statement, he also wore an oversized white hat, which seemed to be competing for attention with the rest of his outfit. He topped things off with a large watch on his wrist and black boots
Rock concert or the Grammy Awards? Rita Wilson looked like she was headed off to a heavy metal concert as she donned a black gown adorned with silver sequins all around the skirt and bust. The top of the dress featured a short-sleeve cape, which was also decorated with silver sequins and beading. She accessorized with a pair of silver, fingerless gloves and wore heavy eye makeup
Missing something? British artist Yungblud went shirtless on the Grammys 2026 red carpet, as he donned only a black leather jacket on top, complete with a leopard-print fur collar. On the bottom, he wore tight leather pants along with chunky black boots. He completed his look with a silver, Chrome Hearts necklace and tons of silver rings and bracelets
Business casual on top, party on the bottom? Singer Shaboozey looked a bit mismatched as he wore a black blazer, slim-fitting white top and black vest, complete with a pair of faded jeans on the bottom. He tied everything together with a black conductors hat and black boots
Missed the mark! FKA Twigs donned a very interesting, neutral-colored mesh ensemble as she walked the red carpet on Sunday night. The dress, which looked like it was made from different pieces of cloth, featured a low-cut neckline and slit in the thigh. She matched it with a pair of neutral, fishnet tights with rose detailing at the feet, placing the tights over her heels. FKA Twigs completed the look by holding a red flower in one hand
Dare to bare! Singer Kehlani wore a black gown with large cutouts at the chest and stomach. The dress was decorated with beaded flower detailing and featured a halter neckline. However, she chose to forgo accessories and simply wore a pair of diamond stud earrings
Comic Con or the Grammys? Singer Tallia Storm wore a bizarre, long-sleeve gown printed with comic book drawings. The dress featured a curve-hugging fit with an extremely long train that trailed behind her. The sleeves were equally as dramatic as the rest of the dress, as feathered fabric hung off of them. She completed the look by styling her hair in an old-Hollywood style updo
Nearly naked! Summer House star Ciara Miller didn’t hold anything back on the red carpet, as she wore a daring, low-cut black dress with a dramatic side-boob cutout and low back. She paired the dress with a studded heels and minimal jewelry
Beach vibes or the Grammys? Love Island season six star Leah Kateb wore a black dressed that looked a bit like a bathing suit coverup, as it featured gold metal detailing at the waist and large cutouts at the side and chest. She accessorized with a gold bracelet and rings
Gothic Grammys? Influencer Haley Kalil wore a figure-hugging black gown to the awards ceremony, which featured a gothic lace, see-through bustier top. She paired it with elbow-length black leather gloves and a diamond necklace. She wore her hair completely straight, as it it her right at the waist
