Move over, Goop gift guide—Gwyneth Paltrow is giving fans a peek into her personal holiday wishes, and they include a $55 sex oil.

On Thursday, the acclaimed actress took to Instagram to unveil her Christmas wish list, which is also showcased on her Goop website.

The 53-year-old shared a video of herself clad in cozy white pajamas, seated at her desk and working away on her laptop.

‘The holidays can feel like a lot, so I’ve been gathering the gifts I’m giving this year, if you need ideas,’ Paltrow wrote in the caption on Instagram. 

“Before those, here’s my own wish list—things I love or have been quietly eyeing. More to come…” she teased in her post.

Not surprisingly, the first items on the Goop founder’s list hail from her latest fashion venture, gwyn. She’s particularly coveting the $650 zip-up knit Spencer sweater and the elegant black silk Margot dress, priced at $1,295.

The list also included some self-care items, like a $55 sex oil from Goop Wellness and ‘the martini’ emotional detox bath soak from Goop Beauty, which costs $40.

Paltrow also added a few homeware items to her list, like an ornately-decorated $535 cake stand by luxury Italian porcelain designer Ginori 1735, and a cheeky $85 pillow by Pillow Drop that read, ‘Please leave by 9.’

On Thursday afternoon, the actress took to her Instagram page to share a post detailing what was on her wish list this year, which was also available on her Goop website

Other pieces included a $64 ‘Green Goddess’ candle from Flamingo Estate, a $75 body smoothing duo by Goop Beauty, and a small, $490 brown velvet duffle-style bag from French designer Rue de Verneuil.

On Instagram, Paltrow detailed that the gwyn Spencer sweater was perfect for ‘slow mornings at home,’ while the Flamingo Estate candle made a ‘great gift.’

She recommended the bath soak and body smoothing set for an ‘evening reset.’

‘Lately I never miss my bath – it takes the energy of the day off and grounds me instantly,’ the Marty Supreme star shared.

In total, her wish list amounted to a hefty $3,286, which left some followers stunned.

‘Gwyneth typing her wish list like she’s submitting it to the universe’s VIP concierge,’ one mocked.

Another scathed: ‘You’re rich you can afford that.’ 

The gifting guide might offer some light relief for her this holiday season, as she recently labeled her husband, Brad Falchuk, the ‘Grinch’ after admitting she feels ‘alone’ in her love for Christmas.

‘Brad is the worst,’ she admitted on her Goop podcast on Tuesday. ‘He hates Christmas music, he hates Christmas decorations, he hates roast turkey, the traditional dinner.’

Asked if there was anything the 54-year-old TV producer actually looked forward to about the holidays, Gwyneth replied: ‘No! Well, he looks forward to it being over.’

The stark contrast between the couple’s attitudes toward Christmas leaves the Iron Man star feeling isolated in her own home, despite their otherwise deeply connected family life.

The actress, who has Apple, 21, and Moses, 19, with Coldplay frontman ex-husband Chris Martin, confessed: ‘I feel very alone in my house in my love for Christmas, although all the kids love it, so they’re on my side.’

She added: ‘I love Christmas. My husband is a little bit of a Grinch. He’s the opposite. But I love the decorations, I love the Frank Sinatra Christmas album. I really get into the holiday spirit.’

Despite Brad’s aversion to traditional holiday fare, Gwyneth maintains her culinary customs. ‘I love decorating, and we have a traditional menu that we do every year,’ she said.

‘I always make Martha Stewart’s recipe for a perfect roast turkey, and we have our stuffing recipe and our sweet potatoes and all the things.

‘We never really deviate that much. One year we added fried chicken to the mix, which I thought was weird, but Brad really was into the idea. But this year, I think we’re going traditional.’
