Illegal immigrant accused of groping high school girls in Virginia sparks outrage
During a discussion on Outnumbered, Emily Compagno, Kayleigh McEnany, Harris Faulkner, and Steve Doocy addressed the arrest of 19-year-old Israel Christopher Flores-Ortiz. This illegal immigrant from El Salvador is accused of inappropriately touching 12 female classmates at a high school in Fairfax County, Virginia. The panel criticized the school district for allegedly concealing these incidents for weeks, which they claim breaches state law. They also expressed disapproval of the Biden administration’s immigration policies that enabled his unlawful entry into the country in 2024.
Authorities have confirmed to Fox News that a man from Louisiana, who admitted to sexually assaulting and impregnating his 12-year-old relative, is an illegal immigrant from Honduras.
Jose Lopez-Montoya, 41, known locally as a “Lake Charles man,” could face up to 99 years in prison for the repeated abuse of the minor.
The Department of Homeland Security informed Fox News that Lopez-Montoya is a Honduran national who entered the United States illegally in 2011 during the Obama administration.
The DHS has placed an immigration detainer on Lopez-Montoya following his guilty plea in the rape case involving a minor.
“Once again, the media is running cover for a criminal illegal alien. This sicko pled guilty to incest. He raped and impregnated his 12-year-old relative. ICE is working with our Louisiana partners to ensure this monster is never loose in American communities again,” the agency added.
 “This ‘Lake Charles Man’ is actually an illegal alien from Honduras who admitted to illegally entering the U.S. in 2011,” DHS added.

The victim later gave birth in July 2024 and Lopez-Montoya admitted the child was his, according to KPLC.
Authorities said the abuse took place over a two-year period while Lopez-Montoya served as the girl’s guardian.

Lopez-Montoya was arrested on two counts of first-degree rape and is also subject to an immigration detainer.
He pleaded guilty this week to aggravated crimes against nature by incest and faces 25 to 99 years in prison, according to KPLC.Â
His sentencing is scheduled for April 28.
