Hulk Hogan’s Daughter Rages After Sale of His $5.9M Florida Mansion

Brooke Hogan has voiced her anger over the sale of her late father Hulk Hogan’s Clearwater Beach mansion.

The 5,400sq ft beachfront property in Clearwater Beach, Florida, was listed for almost $11 million in January before recently selling for $5.9 million.

A guest cottage beside the mansion changed hands separately for $2.8 million.

In a series of Instagram posts, Brooke accused people close to her father of trying to profit from his estate.

The 38-year-old shared a photo of the property on her Instagram Story, placing a large “SOLD” sticker over the image.

“The sick feeling is indescribable,” Brooke wrote in the caption.

Brooke went on to recall the years she spent at the home with her father and Hulk’s former wife, Jennifer McDaniel, who was married to the wrestling star from 2010 until 2021.

“We cooked, we watched Jerry Springer, we played music, we cried,” she wrote.

“I walked in that garage every visit and hugged him right when he’d open the garage door. I’d sit next to him for hours in the chair he died in.”

She said she and McDaniel had supported Hulk through years of health struggles, including back surgeries as well as knee and hip replacements.

Brooke then criticized those she believes took advantage of her father, whose real name was Terry Gene Bollea, after his death.

“First Jen-who no one but me treated with respect. Then I was gone…the truth teller…I’m sure to everyone’s delight,” she posted.

“And now it’s all gone. Sold for profit. Just like him…used for f***ing everyone else’s gain. Saddest ending I’ve ever seen. You know who TF you are.”

In another post featuring the house, Brooke delivered a pointed message: “Enjoy your dirty money. You took my dad.”

Brooke also claimed that many people appeared in Hulk’s life only when they wanted something from him, rather than when he needed support.

“Apparently EVERYONE will show up at the end if you’re famous enough and they can profit off your demise,” she wrote.

In a follow-up post, Brooke clarified that she wasn’t calling out any WWE Wrestlers, rather specific friends and family who used Hogan’s fame for their own benefit.

She told US Magazine: ‘There’s something deeply unsettling about watching a person’s life and memories reduced to transactions.

‘Some people see a home filled with history and love. Others simply see what it’s worth. I’ve learned that the way people move when there’s nothing left to gain from someone anymore can tell you everything about how they valued them when they were alive.’

Back in 2023, Hulk wrote Brooke out of his will, making her brother, Nick, Hulk’s sole beneficiary. Brooke previously revealed that she asked to be removed from the will as she didn’t want to be involved in any fights over money.

‘I’ve had to hear everyone say I’m the jerk for stepping away from the toxic behavior and brainwashing, fake, greedy people… ‘I should have been there.’ ‘Everyone else’ was there till the end. NO. They were there AT the end. To collect,’ she wrote.
