Mike Bloomberg Is Just a Regular Billionaire Bum After All

Here’s a quick roundup of Page Six highlights from the week of Monday, August 31.

Romance on Fritz?

Influencer WAG culture was front and center at the US Open this week — though not necessarily because of anyone currently linked to the players. When Taylor Fritz faced Darwin Blanch on Tuesday afternoon, plenty of attention drifted from the court to Fritz’s player box, where spectators appeared just as curious about the guest list as they were about the match.

One familiar face, however, was missing. Olivia Jade Giannulli, the influencer and daughter of Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli, has been rumored to be dating Fritz after the two were seen together in New York City last week. But she did not appear to attend the match, and she also seemed absent from Fritz’s Fan Week appearances — making the no-show hard to miss.

Adding to the intrigue, Fritz’s ex-girlfriend Morgan Riddle was very much on the scene. Riddle, also an influencer, became one of tennis’ most recognizable WAGs during her relationship with the American player, building a following by documenting tournament life, match-day outfits and travel routines. While Giannulli was nowhere to be spotted in Fritz’s box, Riddle had a prominent seat at Arthur Ashe Stadium the night before his Tuesday match, where she cheered for Naomi Osaka during Osaka’s showdown with Anastasia Zakharova.

Elsewhere in the Hamptons, Michael Bloomberg kept things surprisingly low-key. The billionaire former New York City mayor attended the Hampton Classic horse show on Sunday but passed on the event’s more lavish fare, including lobster rolls and steak, and was seen opting instead for a simple hot dog.

“Someone asked him why, and he said, ‘I’m a NOO YAWKAH!’ The financial intel mogul was in Bridgehampton to see his daughter, the famed equestrian Georgina, compete in the annual competition. Also spotted enjoying the action from the swank VIP area — where food was provided by Robbins Wolfe — were Wilbur Ross, Peter Cook and Candace Bushnell, all at Abe Wellington’s table.
