Noah Beck’s Sister Faces Second Allegation of Teacher Misconduct: A Growing Scandal

Noah Beck, known for his role in the Baywatch reboot, finds his family in the spotlight for troubling reasons. His sister, Haley Beck, who previously worked as a teacher at Centennial High School in Peoria, Arizona, faces accusations of sexual misconduct involving a second student, according to police reports.

Already under investigation for an alleged inappropriate relationship with a student under the age of consent, Haley Beck was placed on administrative leave following these serious allegations. The initial incident reportedly took place while she was employed at the high school, located just northwest of Phoenix.

Adding to the controversy, a second student recently came forward, sharing his experience through a TikTok video. This video, which has since been removed, described an encounter when he was 17. The student alleged that Beck invited him to accompany her to her car around 2 a.m. after a graduation party held off-campus, as reported by the Arizona Republic.

These allegations against Beck have prompted authorities to expand their investigation into her conduct while she was teaching. As the situation unfolds, it raises significant concerns about the responsibilities of educators and the protection of students within school environments.

In the now-deleted video, the student claimed Beck asked him to walk her to her car at around 2am after an off-campus graduation party, the Republic reported.

The student, a football player, explained that Beck was very intoxicated. She reportedly played beer pong ‘all night’ with students.

A separate student posted a video that appeared to show Beck participating in the drinking game, the Republic reported.

The football player claimed Beck invited him over and that ‘some things happened’ between them.

The Peoria Police Department received a tip about this alleged incident and said in a statement that it ‘will be looking into it’.

Peoria police have recommended felony charges for Beck and Angela Burlaka, a 47-year-old teacher at the same school, though neither have been formally arrested or charged. Both were accused of engaging in sexual misconduct with the same teenage boy.

And in an October 2025, interview with police, Centennial football coach John Overstreet said a student told him ‘8 or 9 other students’ received photos from Beck and Burlaka. 

Overstreet said it became a competition among them to see who could the most photos of the two women. 

Beck and Burlaka were placed on administrative leave by the by the Peoria Unified School District in August 2025 after they were accused of engaging in sexual misconduct with the same teenage boy. Beck was later officially fired by the school board in March.

Beck allegedly began grooming this minor in December 2024. Police said this continued throughout his sophomore and junior years, when he was enrolled in her psychology and sociology courses, respectively.

According to the nearly 200-page police report, Beck, who started working at the school in 2020, bought the student gifts, food, drugs, and alcohol, while also paying him more than $600 and giving him access to her car.

Beck also allegedly helped improve his grades and attendance record, police said, adding that she gave him preferential treatment in the classroom.

Beck began grooming a minor student in December 2024, according to police. She allegedly began having sex with him, the boy’s grandmother told detectives

At one point, she called herself the boy’s ‘sugar momma’, writing in a text message to him that ‘it felt like straight prostitution’, according to the report.

The two exchanged roughly 4,000 text messages about oral sex, drugs, and alcohol, police said.

Meanwhile, Burlaka was accused of recording videos of herself nude that ended up on the student’s phone. The married woman was also heard saying the student’s name in the videos, according to police.

The student’s grandmother found the videos on his phone last July and called the police, according to the report.

This prompted the investigation, which the student’s parents did not want to cooperate with, fearing that it would negatively impact athletic scholarships for college, police said.

Nonetheless, the boy’s mother told authorities she was aware her son was ‘having sex with a teacher named “Haley Beck”,’ per the report.

Beck also seemed to be aware that Burlaka was allegedly involved with the student, writing in a message to him that she doesn’t ‘like being compared to Mrs. B.’

A note found in Beck’s apartment by police served as a tacit admission of their relationship, detectives wrote in the report.

‘For this “relationship” being extremely wrong, I feel like we have really made the most out of it,’ the message said. ‘There is truly no other student (I know, so wrong) that I’d want to do all this with.’

According to court records, Centennial High School Principal Scott Hollabaugh gave police Beck’s name after the investigation into Burlaka began.

Although police have resubmitted the case against both teachers, the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office still has not made a decision to officially charge them.

Beck’s lawyer, Matthew Long, said in a statement to the Daily Mail that his client ‘respects the criminal justice process and looks forward to the conclusion of the investigation, which will reveal she committed no crimes’.
