OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) Police have hit a major roadblock in the search for a two accused murderers. The problem is court documents show the two are now in Pakistan.

It was January when a woman was killed while sitting inside her car in Oklahoma City near SW 29th and Youngs Avenue.

The alleged shooter, Ahsan Malik, arrested and in jail on a $10,000,000 bond.

The brothers, Nabir and Nadir Khan, who were allegedly in the car with Malik, are charged with first degree murder.

The Khan brothers’ father, Mohammed Sherzaman, is charged with accessory to murder. He was arrested and has since bonded out.

According to court papers, investigators viewed a photo showing Nabir and his parents in the airport dated January 16, which is the same day his flight to Pakistan took off.

Mohammed later admitted to taking the brothers to the airport.

Investigators also said a check of Mohammed’s phone found he searched for the phrase “any shooting in OKC today” several times around the time of the shooting in early January.

Detectives said the victim, 22-year-old Jacqueline Luna Garcia, was sitting in her car when bullets began flying. Just feet away, the Khan brothers and Ahsan Malik were in another vehicle, according to police.

Court documents say that hours earlier, Nadir got beat up. He was allegedly upset and said he was going to “get his boys” and “take care of it.”

News 4 went to Mohammed’s home on Tuesday, but he was nowhere to be found.

The house was empty, no furniture was inside, and a lock was on the door.

Neighbors confirmed to our crew that the family moved out weeks ago.

News 4 reached out to the Oklahoma County DA to find out if and when the brothers will be brought back to the United States. They said they’re looking into the case.
