Tori Spelling has already packed up and left the $18,000-a-month rental home she was staying in with her five kids.
DailyMail.com spotted movers taking her belongings out of the four-bedroom rental in Woodland Hills, California, and loading them into a truck on Sunday.
The move came just days after LAPD SWAT reportedly evacuated her due to a neighbor who barricaded himself inside his home with an AR-15. He was later arrested.
Tori was nowhere to be seen during the move, but professional movers swiftly removed most of her belongings, including unlabeled boxes of clothes, makeup, toiletries, fans, and other household items.
The movers took her things to a storage facility in Calabasas near her old home she shared with her estranged husband Dean McDermott, which begs the question: where will she go next?

One of the boxes was labeled Game Con. Many boxes were unlabeled due to her emergency rush spontaneous move-out. The movers spent the entire day getting her things out of the house.
The home was quite the upgrade from the low-budget hotels and RV she was staying in due to finances and an ongoing mold issue at her Hidden Hills rental.
The single story 3,300sqft home has four bedrooms and three baths. There’s an additional guest house with a bath.
The home is ‘exquisitely furnished’ with abundant natural light, according to its current listing.
The home boasts hardwood floors, dining for six, bar seating for four, large sliding glass doors, an office area, flat panel TVs, a gaming room, plush furniture, and plenty of storage.
There is a fully updated kitchen with a gas range, stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space.

The month-to-month rental market has suited Tori, who has always been restless when it comes to her living situation.
She admitted as much in her 2013 memoir Spelling It Like It Is, writing she had a ‘real estate obsession.’
‘But as it persists, it’s starting to look compulsive. Moving is expensive, and I’ve put us in a precarious financial situation,’ she wrote.

On Wednesday morning, DailyMail.com reported that a terrified Tori and her children—Liam, 16, Stella, 15, Hattie, 12, Finn, 11, and Beau, six—were forced to evacuate their rental home when law enforcement and even a SWAT Team arrived to search the house next door for a man holed up with an assault rifle.
The incident wrapped up around 1pm with the man being taken into custody, and hours later the police were still parked in front of her home while the investigation concluded.
By that evening she pulled herself together and was seen taking all of the kids for dinner to the nearby Sushi Spot on Ventura Boulevard and emerging over an hour later.
The next day she was seen checking out moving trucks and a storage facility in LA, so it could be time to pack up and move.
Her large SUV has a window sticker for parking access at the swanky private Calabasas Country Club where memberships start with initiation fees of between $20k-40k along with monthly fees.
Dining out regularly with a large family and pricey dues for country clubs means we may be finally done seeing the down-and-out ‘poor me’ photo blitzes from Tori.
Back in 2016, Tori’s mom Candy Spelling, 78, revealed to TMZ that she foots the bills for her daughter’s necessities, but not her extravagances like credit card and other debts.
‘I do help her out, I’m paying all her bills now. The house, the food, the kids school.’
