After a challenging defeat to the Houston Texans and the devastating news of Travis Hunter’s season-ending injury, the Jacksonville Jaguars are facing a pivotal moment. Can they make a triumphant return on home turf?

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jaguars, currently holding a 5-4 record, are set to return to EverBank Stadium after a grueling stretch of five consecutive away games. Their upcoming match against the Los Angeles Chargers, who boast a 7-3 record, is one that promises intensity and high stakes.

The Jaguars will kick off against the Chargers at approximately 1 p.m. as part of Week 11 in the NFL 2025 season. This homecoming game carries significant weight, especially after their recent struggles.

In a press meeting on Wednesday, Jaguars’ Head Coach Liam Coen emphasized the importance of returning to the fundamentals. “We’re focused on fundamentals and going back to basics,” he stated. “Anytime you go through a tough loss, it’s crucial to dive back into the details and work closely with the players.”

Quarterback Trevor Lawrence echoed this sentiment, acknowledging the need to move forward. “We didn’t finish the game well against the Texans, and we take responsibility for that,” he admitted. “However, it’s essential to focus on the present and aim to defeat a strong Chargers team this week. The NFL doesn’t allow for dwelling on past games because each match is crucial.”
