South Korean rescue workers on Saturday pulled a man from a collapsed subway construction site near the capital of Seoul.
Officials continued searching for another person believed to be trapped inside.

Gwangmyeong city fire department official, Im Gwang-sik, reported that the person who survived was stuck under debris almost 98 feet below ground for about 13 hours.
The survivor was conscious when he was found and taken to a nearby hospital.
Officials in Gwangmyeong city decided to remove workers from the building site and stop traffic in the vicinity when they were warned about a ventilation shaft that could potentially cave in.
Authorities were deploying dozens of rescue workers and vehicles and three cranes to search for the other worker who remains unaccounted for.
