Keyanta Bullard, known as Yungeen Ace, and Malquis Warthen, known as ATKQuise, were arrested Monday night in Jacksonville Beach.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office arrest report is shedding light on the arrest of rapper Yungeen Ace. The 26-year-old, whose real name is Keyanta Bullard, remained in Duval County jail Tuesday afternoon after being arrested Monday night in Jacksonville Beach.

The vehicle he was riding in was pulled over around 8:30 p.m. after police said the SUV failed to stop at a four-way stop sign intersection on 9th Street South and Shetter Avenue, the report states.

The driver was identified as Malquis Warthen, 24. He was booked for driving with a suspended, canceled or revoked license, the report states. Warthen is a well-known YouTuber who operates a page called “ATKQuiseTV,” which documents drill rappers and gang culture.

Bullard is the leader of a gang called ATK, which police have said stands for Ace To Kill.

A bail bondsman appeared in Duval County Circuit Court for Bullard Tuesday afternoon when a judge set his bail at $150,003. Warthen appeared before the judge and his bond was set at $15,003. Bullards’ next appearance is set for May 8. Warthen’s is May 1.

Four others were in the vehicle with Bullard and Warthen during the traffic stop. The vehicle, a black 2023 Suburban with Alabama tags, was a rental, the report states.

When police had the passengers exit the vehicle, an officer saw a black rifle in “plain view” on the floorboards. A second handgun was also found “plainly visible from the outside of the vehicle,” the report states. Seven loaded firearms were found inside the vehicle, three of the firearms Bullard had “constructive possession” of, the report states.

One rifle located in the vehicle was loaded with “armor-piercing rounds,” according to the report.

The vehicle was towed, and police detained all the occupants for further investigation, the report states.

Because he’s a convicted felon, Bullard was charged with possession of a firearm, weapon or ammunition, the report states. He has felony convictions in Florida and Texas, including a 2017 Florida conviction for accessory after the fact for a capital felony, the report states.

The four passengers, besides Bullard and Warthen, were cleared and released.

First Coast News interviewed Warthen in December 2015 after his 17-year-old brother Malik Warthen was shot and killed in their aunt’s Argyle Forest home while he was playing video games. Then-17-year-old Michael Saddler was arrested in the shooting.
