The alarm was raised at Juniper Kennels and Cattery in Kirkton of Auchterhouse around 13:10 on Wednesday. Despite the fact that emergency services were called, the 55-year-old man, known locally as Adam Watts, was pronounced dead on the scene.

One distraught resident told the Record that it is such a horrible thing, and he can’t believe it. He went on to say that Adam was a wonderful father to his children and that he always supported them.
He resided on-site at the kennels. He was often on the go, participating in charity walks and other activities. The demise of such a great guy affected the entire society.
