Tristan Sailor: Wendell Sailor’s son was was charged with two counts of aggravated s3xual assault inflicting actual bodily harm. The alleged victim and Sailor met on Instagram in 2019 but didn’t meet in person until the October long weekend in 2020, according to the court.

The alleged victim and a friend were at a bottomless Mexican lunch in Bondi before reportedly doing cocaine in a public restroom. Afterward, they headed to the Beach Road Hotel, where she played drinking games with Sailor and his then-Dragons teammates, including Eddie Blacker.

Mr. Sailor and Eddie then took the woman and her friend back to an apartment in southern Sydney via Uber.

Mr. Tunks stated, “She awoke in the early hours of Sunday, October 4th, finding herself naked in her bed.” “I’m sick, my bum is bleeding, and I have no recollection of anything, “the victim told to her friend.

She testify in court that she awoke in urine-soaked sheets with bleeding from her private organs after being raped by a former NRL player.

However, Sailor has pleaded not guilty to two counts of rape, claiming that the s3x was voluntary. happened between the hours of 9 and 10.20 p.m. in 2020.

Crown prosecutor Jeffrey Tunks said in the trial that there was no doubt Mr. Sailor and the woman had s3x in his opening statement.

Tristan Sailor is not married to his partner and does not have a girlfriend at the moment. He was, however, charged with s3xual assault with his expected lover.

The name of the woman is not released to the public yet, but she accused that she was raped by Sailor when she was unconscious. The court will argue that the woman did not have the opportunity to consent to the intercourse with Mr. Sailor.

She stated that she was either unconscious or asleep, according to the court.

The court also argues that “Even if she gave the accused some form of consent. She did so while substantially intoxicated by alcohol at the time and could not be said to be giving consent at all.

The 23 years old player has yet to marry and start a family of his own.
