Who Is Josey Amann From La Crosse WI?

Josey Amann is a native of  Onalaska in La Crosse County, Wisconsin. He is a white male with long hair, as seen in his mugshot.

The police record has stated that he worked at a La Crosse restaurant and bar.

 

 

As mentioned in the Lacrosse Tribune, the white male has a criminal record in past. Previously, he was charged with six counts of domestic abuse on September 7, 2018.

According to the lawsuit, on August 26, Amann kicked, pushed, and strangled his 18-year-old girlfriend.

Man Arrested For Assault Of A Minor In Onalaska Walmart

Josey Amann groped a 10-year-old girl in a store aisle on May 22, 2021. The incident happened in an Onalaska Walmart.

The online court records show that Aman was charged on December 15. He faces charges related to first-degree child sexual assault and resisting an officer.

According to the criminal complaint, the victim’s mother had confronted Amann in a frozen food aisle. He had, however, resisted her and fled the premises.

The security premises confirms Amann was in the store at the time. It shows, the mother chasing the suspect, who quickly drives out of the parking lot in a pickup.

 

 

The police had traced Amann at his job on October 29, 2021, he somehow managed to resist the police as well. He pretended he didn’t recall the girl or her mother, then attempted to flee.

Upon his arrest, Aman was ordered to appear in court on January 5, 2022. He was subdued after pretending sick.

Josey Amann Trial Verdict And Sentence- Is He In Jail?

Josey Amann was released on a signature bond and was scheduled for a preliminary hearing on January 5, 2022.

In connection with a felony charge of sexual contact with a child younger than 13, he could get a 60-year prison sentence if convicted.

When police arrived at Amann’s job to arrest him, he claimed he didn’t recall the incident and attempted to flee again.

He will also be fined for resisting arrest, which carries a penalty of up to $10,000 in fines or up to nine months in prison, or both.
