A member of Abu Dhabi’s royal family was found collapsed in the street after taking drugs while responsible for the care of a three-year-old child, a court was told.

Mahrah Al Nahyan, 32, was discovered slumped against railings near an unconscious man after using cocaine, while a barefoot toddler was playing beside a busy road.

Concerned members of the public took care of the child until police arrived at the scene in west London.

Al Nahyan reportedly remained unresponsive for around 30 minutes. After waking, she allegedly reacted erratically and shouted: “This is not a slaughterhouse, why do you care so much? Why are you so worried?”

She pleaded guilty to one count of child neglect at Southwark Crown Court yesterday.

The court heard that she has been receiving treatment for drug addiction at the Priory centre in Woking, Surrey, since the incident in June.

One witness filmed Al Nahyan lying on the pavement beside the child’s toys, including a scooter and a toy plane.

She is connected to Abu Dhabi’s ruling royal family through marriage.

The family is regarded as one of the wealthiest and most influential ruling dynasties in the world.

Its estimated wealth exceeds £250 billion, with interests spanning global investments and oil reserves.

Prosecutor Rio Pahlavanpour said passersby had “noticed the child was unattended, without shoes on the street with a scooter”, prompting members of the public to intervene because the child appeared to be close to moving traffic.

He said Al Nahyan responded after being woken by officers, repeating: “This is not a slaughterhouse, why do you care so much? Why are you so worried?”

Police later found drug-related paraphernalia during a search, although no illegal substances were recovered, The Times reported.

Defending, Stephen Vullo KC said Al Nahyan had stopped taking drugs after entering the Priory in July and had demonstrated “significant remorse and resolve to overcome her addiction”.

He told the court that she had not used drugs on the day of the incident, but was extremely tired after taking cocaine in the preceding days.

“The immediate future is she intends to complete all of the steps of a three-month programme which will come to an end at the end of this month,” he said.

“Her plan after that is to rent a property in the Guildford area and become a day patient there, where she will attend Narcotics Anonymous.”

‘She made a grave mistake that day and she knows it.’

Mr Justice Johnson KC sentenced Al Nahyan to a two-year community order with a rehabilitation requirement.

The judge also fined her £5,000 and ordered her to pay costs of £1,000 after hearing she has an allowance of £8,000 a month. 

He said: ‘By leaving [the child] to play barefoot in the street while under the influence of drugs, you showed a recklessness and disregard for [the child’s] safety.

‘On one occasion they ran towards the road while chasing a piece of paper until a member of the public contained [the child].

‘But for the intervention of strangers there was a serious risk they would be seriously injured or worse. They could have run away, become lost. 

‘They could have been taken or harmed by a stranger and could have become distressed seeing you and your friend unconscious in the street.’

Panamanian influencer Gracie Bon has faced a wave of online criticism after sharing photographs of herself posing amid earthquake damage and rubble in Panama.

The social media personality, who boasts almost 12 million Instagram followers, posted the images on Sunday, showing herself among the remains of damaged buildings.

In one photograph, Bon stood on top of the debris with her arms raised. Another showed her kneeling outside a badly damaged home while looking away from the camera.

She wore blue jeans with a white cropped button-down shirt as she posed at the disaster site.

“The reality of my country after the earthquake,” Bon wrote in the caption.

She continued: “We have to remember that material things can be replaced, but life is priceless. Live in the present, be grateful for what we have and help those who need it today.”

The post quickly drew backlash, with critics accusing Bon of staging a photo shoot among the wreckage and exploiting the disaster to create social media content.

“I would never take a picture in the middle of a tragedy, among people and their belongings,” one commenter wrote. “Strength to everyone going through this difficult time.”

“Unbelievable… just looking for likes,” another person commented.

“Posing beside someone else’s misfortune has to be a joke,” a second critic added.

“How do I make this about me?” another commenter wrote. “Why go posing in the middle of a disaster?”

Another user said they could not believe Bon had asked someone to photograph her outside a destroyed home.

“Did you really hire a photographer to go to the affected area and take these pictures?” a different user asked.

One particularly critical response said there was “a huge difference” between documenting a disaster to raise awareness and using the site of a tragedy as a photo backdrop.

The magnitude 7.7 earthquake struck Panama on Friday, southwest of Pitaloza Arriba, a small village of slightly more than 100 people in Herrera province.

Images and reports from the aftermath showed collapsed structures, cracked roads and roofs that had caved in. Authorities said the most significant damage was recorded in central Panama.

No deaths have been reported, but at least 27 people sustained injuries and nearly 900 homes were damaged, according to Reuters.

Amid the backlash, Bon defended herself in a comment, explaining that she posted the photos to try to show the ‘reality of her country’ after the earthquake because ‘many news [sites] don’t show it.’

‘CONTEXT: These photos are the reality of the country. Many news [sites] don’t show it, many media says “Panama is fine” and they don’t show the reality of the affected areas, the people who lost their homes,’ she wrote. 

She said she wanted to encourage her followers to ‘make donations’ and knew that if she ‘appeared in the photos’ they would have a ‘better reach.’ 

‘I decided to appear in my photos because I want people to make donations and if I appear in my photos they have a better reach on MY NETWORKS than if I put the images alone,’ she continued. 

‘I’m not in a photoshoot or posing, I’m telling y’all “Look, this is how Panama really is.”‘

‘But you have a damaged heart that prefers to insult and not help the cause,’ she added to her haters.

‘If I hadn’t been in the picture, would it be okay? The [more important] question is: What is everyone doing to contribute?’

Earlier that day, Bon shared a video of herself stocking up on supplies like cases of bottled water and bags of rice to donate to victims.

She was then seen traveling to the area and handing them out to families. 

‘Panama needs us. While some today are fortunate enough to be safe in our homes, there are families who have lost almost everything and do not know where they will sleep tonight,’ she captioned it.

‘Today I bring a grain of [rice], what to us is little, to someone else it may mean so much.’

She also included addresses of places where people can drop off ‘water, non-perishable food, hygiene products, diapers and basic necessities’ to donate.

‘If you can’t donate, sharing is also a way to help,’ she added.

Bon posted a video addressing the backlash on Monday, insisting that she hadn’t made any money from the post.

‘Instead of talking about [the families who lost their homes], they are talking about a picture of me,’ she said.

‘Many are only behind the keyboard criticizing and they do not [answer] the question, “What have you done so far to help Panama?” 

‘Tomorrow you will forget about my photo, but that family will remain without a home.’ 

‘There are people who get more outraged by a photo than by seeing families lose everything. Sometimes the problem is not what we do, but the eyes with which you decide to see it,’ she added in the caption. ‘Let’s help Panama.’

Advisers to President Donald Trump reportedly made behind-the-scenes efforts to preserve Kimberly Guilfoyle’s position as US ambassador to Greece before she was asked to step down Tuesday, according to sources who spoke to the Daily Mail. Her departure followed allegations of improper, and potentially unlawful, conduct during her time in Athens.

People familiar with the situation said Trump allies had hoped to keep his former fiancée in the diplomatic role, fearing that a return to the United States could leave her embittered and willing to disclose private information about the Trump family.

Following her resignation, sources claimed Guilfoyle has maintained a private “burn book” containing details about the Trumps and could sever her remaining ties to the family after her sudden fall from favor.

Insiders have reportedly nicknamed the alleged diary “The Devil Wears MAGA” and said Guilfoyle may threaten to make parts of it public.

Guilfoyle, 57, spent much of her six-year relationship and engagement to Donald Trump Jr. close to the president’s inner circle. She attended private family events and was familiar with personal discussions among those around the Trump family.

Although Guilfoyle and Trump Jr. ended their engagement in 2024, she remained connected to the family after being named ambassador to Greece. Her roughly 11 months in the post later came under intense scrutiny after a Daily Mail investigation examined her lavish lifestyle and reported allegations of misconduct.

The White House confirmed Tuesday that Guilfoyle had been asked to resign. Reports said Trump and Secretary of State Marco Rubio were deeply angered by the conduct attributed to her, prompting an investigation by the State Department’s Office of Inspector General the previous week.

While allies of the president are said to welcome her exit from the diplomatic post, sources warned that the Trump family may still face repercussions from the ambassador’s departure.

“Having her back in America would be a nightmare. Kimberly knows where the bodies are buried. She knows the people, the secrets, the fights, the relationships,” one source told the Daily Mail.

“Nobody wants an angry Kimberly back home with nothing to lose.”

Her removal from office could now create fresh tension for Trump Jr., other members of the Trump family and the political allies who have worked closely with them.

Guilfoyle responded publicly several hours after the White House announcement, confirming that she was leaving the position while strongly rejecting the allegations made against her.

In a lengthy statement posted on X, she insisted the accusations were ‘false’ and vowed to ‘vigorously defend my name, my reputation, and my integrity.’ 

“I have dedicated my professional life to fighting for justice, standing up for what is right, and defending the values that make America exceptional,” Guilfoyle said. “I will not allow false accusations to define my decades of public service.”

The MAGA supporter and former Fox News co-host described her time as ambassador as “the honor of a lifetime.”

Before Tuesday’s decision, individuals familiar with the matter said efforts were underway to shield Guilfoyle, who dated Trump Jr. for six years before he ended their relationship and later married Palm Beach socialite Bettina Anderson.

“Kimberly knows everything. She was way inside that family and political operation for years,” one insider told the Daily Mail.

Another source said: ‘Keeping Kimberly happy keeps Kimberly quiet.’

Don Jr’s friends have expressed relief that he escaped Guilfoyle’s orbit, telling the Daily Mail they had serious concerns about the relationship.

One source familiar with their engagement told the Daily Mail that Don Jr never actually proposed to Guilfoyle and that she had procured and started wearing her own engagement ring during the relationship – ultimately prompting an engagement  announcement that Guilfoyle herself released. 

The Daily Mail has contacted Don Jr for comment.  

Ironically, it was Don Jr’s romancing of Anderson while still officially engaged to Guilfoyle, which was exclusively revealed by the Daily Mail – that eventually saw the latter pack her bags for Athens.

Our exclusive photo of Don Jr and Anderson on an intimate brunch date at a ritzy Palm Beach diner on August 17, 2024 was the first public clue that he was looking elsewhere for romance.

The 48-year-old and Anderson, 39, were spotted canoodling at the Honor Bar, with the Florida beach town’s ‘smitten’ It Girl seen reaching over to plant a kiss on Don Jr’s lips three times.

Nearly three months later, on December 10 of that year, the Daily Mail published exclusive photos of the soon-to-be first son and his new love walking hand-in-hand after dinner at a swanky Palm Beach eatery – serving as incontrovertible proof that they were an item.

Before publication that day, the Daily Mail asked one of Don Jr’s representatives for a comment about the photos and the relationship.

Hours later, then President-elect Donald Trump suddenly announced he had nominated Guilfoyle for the ambassador role – some 5,800 miles away.

‘Kimberly wasn’t sent to Greece just because of her skills,’ a source tells us amid the latest controversy.

‘It also solved a complicated personal problem. Having her thousands of miles away worked for everyone.’

Explosive further details about the Don Jr and Guilfoyle’s relationship breakdown were recently revealed in text messages between Guilfoyle and Republican donor Eric Deters and obtained by the Daily Mail.

The messages were exchanged after a Patriots Day Freedom Fest on September 14, 2024, which was organized by Deters and attended by the couple, whose relationship was rapidly unraveling. 

Two days after the Daily Mail brunch story was published on September 15, Deters texted Guilfoyle: ‘You doing OK? Saw the Daily Mail report. I have that app. I could tell Saturday you were hurting.’

Guilfoyle snapped back, calling the story ‘fake news’ and insisting: ‘I wasn’t hurting wtf.’

However, it didn’t take long for tension to reveal itself.

In another, undated exchange, Guilfoyle took a jab at Anderson, texting: ‘I was having a f**king great time Saturday and we had a f**king amazing time when we got home… that’s nonsense.

‘It’s all lies, but she’s a cloud chasing horror that plays the story in the Daily Mail to get attention,’ Guilfoyle wrote, falsely claiming the new Mrs Trump sent her own bikini shots to be included in the report.

Don Jr and Guilfoyle had been living at a waterfront mansion in Jupiter, Florida, that they purchased together in 2021 for $9.7 million. The president’s son bought her share in July this year for $8.5 million.

After the ambassador announcement, Don Jr swiftly moved on with his romance to Anderson – with the Daily Mail exclusively revealing their civil wedding in Palm Beach last May, followed by a lavish celebration on the island of Little Pipe Cay in the Bahamas.

Meanwhile, Guilfoyle took up her position in Greece on November 4, 2025 and began a controversial reign that now sees serious allegations against her.

Five sources have confirmed to the Daily Mail that a formal Department of State Office of Inspector General (OIG) probe has been opened into the ambassador and her US embassy.

Three of them claim the Inspector General is looking into allegations of potential substance abuse, use of private planes and helicopters, a close relationship with an energy and construction company, and improper acceptance of gifts.

Guilfoyle’s lawyer Jesse Binnall had previously declined to comment on the probe when asked prior, telling the Daily Mail that the ambassador won’t comment on ‘internal matters’ as a ‘standard policy.’

‘Any implication of wrongdoing by the Ambassador is unsupported,’ he added and referred the Daily Mail to the State Department OIG.

The probe follows extensive Daily Mail reporting on the ambassador’s lavish lifestyle, detailing high-flying luxury travel, parties with Greek billionaires, an unpaid dining bill and close ties to energy lobbyist Christos Marafatsos.

Text messages obtained by the Wall Street Journal also show Guilfoyle pressed Deters to pay her $100,000 American Express bill days before her Senate confirmation hearing in July 2025.

Deters, a former congressional candidate in Kentucky, alleged to the outlet that the ambassador offered access to senior Trump administration officials and promised to help him with legal and tax issues in exchange for the money. He did not pay the bill, according to the WSJ. 

Additionally, sources have told the Daily Mail that there is a ‘toxic workplace’ climate inside the Athens mission.

‘When you are a political appointee like she is, you have to do your very best to perform inside the system walls and she is doing the complete opposite of that,’ said one who is familiar with the alleged OIG investigation.

Greek sources allege Guilfoyle has had sporadic outbursts and threatened subordinates with immediate termination. On several occasions, she reportedly snarled to embassy workers: ‘F**king get it done or you’re f**king fired.’

Following her Senate confirmation last September, insiders urged Guilfoyle to be on good behavior, cautioning that an assignment amid Aegean islands and endless summers wasn’t a green light for nonstop partying.

Nevertheless, she reportedly jetted into Athens on a billionaire’s private jet and set up several large welcome parties for herself, including one headlined by a famous Greek pop star, using the State Department email for RSVPs.

By July this year, Guilfoyle was spotted sipping bubbly and nibbling grapes at Nammos – the ultra-exclusive jet-set club on Mykonos’ Psarou Beach. 

The very next day, she jetted off to Paris for Fashion Week.

That same month, Trump bypassed Greece entirely on his return flight from the NATO summit in Turkey, leaving Guilfoyle’s promises of a presidential visit unfulfilled.

Guilfoyle’s attorneys, David Schwartz and Jesse Binnall, denied the ambassador had done anything wrong in a statement late Sunday.

They said the money she was seeking from Deters was for services such as public appearances and speaking engagements which took place prior to her nomination and for which she had not been paid.

The lawyers also rejected allegations of impropriety relating to travel on private planes, saying Guilfoyle ‘sought, obtained and followed State Department guidance.’

They added: ‘Ambassador Guilfoyle has served and will continue to serve with integrity, honor and distinction.’

The Daily Mail contacted Guilfoyle regarding this story and received no further comment. 

A Bali influencer trip promoting “snatched waist” surgery has descended into a bitter feud after former Ex on the Beach star Chrysten Zenoni made cheating allegations involving an unnamed television personality on the holiday.

Although Zenoni did not identify the woman, her description appeared to point to one of three people on the trip. All three have since denied the claims to the Daily Mail, while one source accused Zenoni of attempting to gain attention through her viral video.

Zenoni, who previously dated Geordie Shore star Gaz Beadle, sparked the controversy by posting an Instagram video containing a series of dramatic allegations that cannot be published in detail for legal reasons.

She claimed that “one of the girls that was on a well-known TV show” had become close to a man she allegedly knew “was in a relationship”.

Zenoni said the alleged situation had left her feeling “physically sick”.

She did not name the woman at the centre of the allegations, while the Daily Mail has also chosen not to identify the man who was allegedly involved.

The allegations, which were posted publicly and viewed by thousands, remain unverified and have been strongly disputed.

However, by describing the woman as someone who had appeared on a “well-known TV show”, Zenoni narrowed the list of possible people among those on the trip.

That helped fuel a toxic online guessing game, from which Zenoni is now attempting to distance herself.

The Daily Mail contacted the three women who fit that description — MAFS stars Awhina Rutene and Bec Zacharia, as well as Kimberley White from Gold Wars Down Under — and each categorically denied any involvement in the alleged cheating.

White, a mother of two, said she could not have been involved because she was travelling with her family.

“I was invited to Bali with all the girls. I took my husband and children away on the trip with me, but I can 100 per cent confirm there was no extra bodies jumping into my bed at night lol,” she said.

Rutene and Zacharia separately said they had no connection to Zenoni’s allegations.

A source from the MAFS camp told the Daily Mail that Zenoni may have been using the former reality TV brides “for clout”.

Meanwhile, whatever friendship there was between Zenoni and Zacharia on the holiday has now ended after the accusatory video went viral.

They had seemed close on the Bali getaway, even sharing selfies together, but now they no longer follow each other.

The holiday snaps remain online.

When the Mail asked Zenoni this week if she wanted to comment on her explosive video or provide any clarifying details, she became hostile and turned on the reporter.

‘Can I just not have a rant on the internet about my feelings? Who cares who it was? It’s still wrong and I’m never going to say who it was,’ she said.

‘If you post [an article] saying it was someone, I can get defamation. I never said who it was… There were multiple people there from TV shows.’

Zenoni appeared not to grasp that, by withholding the person’s name, she may have increased her own exposure. 

The dispute is the latest uncomfortable chapter for a promotional trip that was already generating considerably more than holiday content.

In June, Zacharia’s plans to undergo rib contouring became a public saga when she initially backed out after arriving at the hospital.

Former MAFS bride Domenica Calarco also weighed in, accusing Zacharia’s influencer collaboration of being a ‘PR ploy to fix her public perception’.

Zacharia defended herself in an interview with the Mail, saying the company and hospital had supported her taking time to decide and that she had never been pressured to proceed.

She also condemned the personal attacks and bullying she had received, defending her right to make an informed choice about her body.
