Courtney Richards Is The Second Wife Of Jim Nantz

Jim Nantz was married to Ann-Lorraine Carlsen Nantz for 26 years before divorcing in 2009. The divorce between Ann-Lorraine and Nantz was unpleasant and fought out in the open.

Jim admitted to dating a 29-year-old woman before the divorce was officially announced. Although the judge found that this specific incident had nothing to do with the problems in the marriage and that Ann-Lorraine and James’s relationship had deteriorated years prior to the extramarital affair.

Jim Was In A Relationship Before He Was Separated From First Wife

Courtney Richards’ husband Jim Nantz officially divorced his ex-wife Ann-Lorraine Carlsen Nantz before the couple exchanged wedding vows.

Jim and Courtney were dating while Nantz was going through a divorce. However, during the difficult period, he met 29-year-old Courtney Richards, who gave him the courage to fight. Before Nantz’s marriage ended his previous relationship officially, they also started dating.

Jim And Courtney Has Two Children

Jim Nantz and Courtney Richards are blessed with two children. The couple welcomed their first baby girl Finley Cathleen Nantz on March 14, 2014. After two years, the couple was blessed with a baby boy  Jameson Nantz on February 1, 2016.

In a New York Post interview, Nantz said that the birth of his son saved him from having to make a difficult decision regarding the Super Bowl.

The couple was about to give birth when Jim had to attend Super Bowl 50 between the Denver Broncos and Carolina Panthers, as the doctor had predicted.

Richards, his wife, urged him to call the game even though he would miss the birth of his first baby, even though he didn’t want to miss his son’s birth. The family now lives in Pebble Beach Gold course full-time.

He Was Ordered To Pay $1 Million In Alimony And Child Support

Jim Nantz was told in November 2009 that he must give his ex-wife $916,000 in alimony and child support per year. Nantz and Ann Lorraine’s marriage is ended by the decision made in Bridgeport Superior Court.

Following testimony from both parties regarding the dissolution of their marriage, Judge Howard Owens concluded that no side was to blame.

Nantz admitted he began dating a 29-year-old woman before the divorce was final, but the judge determined the couple’s problems began years earlier and “this event in no way contributed to the breakdown of the marriage.”

According to the decision, Nantz must provide his ex-wife with $72,000 in alimony each month until he passes away or she remarries, as well as an additional $1,000 per week in child support for the ensuing two years.

Jim Nantz gets his home in Houston and a lavish condominium in the Deer Valley ski resort in Park City, Utah, while Lorrie Nantz gets their home in Westport and a second condominium. Caroline, 15, was given to them in joint custody.

Additionally, he is responsible for covering Caroline’s education costs until the daughter becomes 23 and must divide many joint accounts with Lorrie Nantz, including the current value of his Screen Actors Guild pension.
