## Unveiling Tik Tok Automation
Curious about what TikTok automation entails? Let me share my discovery. While casually scrolling through TikTok, I stumbled upon an account that specializes in uploading spiritual videos. At first glance, it may seem ordinary, but trust me, there’s more than meets the eye. This account, in my confident estimation, consistently rakes in hundreds of dollars. How is this possible? The answers will unfold as we progress in this video. First, let’s delve into Invideo AI, the tool that will drive this business and streamline the video creation process.
## Invideo AI: Your Creative Ally
So, what exactly is Invideo AI? Picture this – create a YouTube short narrating the incredible journey of space exploration. Make it epic, using a deep Australian male voiceover. In 1957, our cosmic sojourn began with the Soviet satellite Sputnik breaching our atmosphere. Invideo AI functions similarly, turning your ideas into visually stunning videos with just a simple prompt. But hold on, there’s more to it. Add subtitles, tweak the music volume, or switch the voiceover to a British female voice – all with a few words. The possibilities are astounding, and we’ve only scratched the surface. Stay tuned, as I’ll guide you through starting a TikTok automation business using this powerful tool.
### Getting Started with Invideo AI
To access Invideo AI, follow the link in the description. Create a free account, and you’ll land on a user-friendly dashboard. The central element is a text box where you input prompts. For a basic start, you can type something like “Create a 2-minute video about cats,” and Invideo AI takes care of script planning, voiceover, and video creation.
However, for professional-quality videos, a more detailed prompt is key. As you continue watching, I’ll share my prompt formula for optimal results. In the dropdown menu, select a workflow – YouTube Shorts, YouTube Explainer, recent events video, or script to video. Each requires specific information, essential for understanding the Tik Tok automation business we’ll explore later.
## Crafting Engaging Videos: A Step-by-Step Guide
Let’s consider creating a YouTube explainer, an excellent choice for a faceless YouTube channel. Specify the video duration (e.g., 10 minutes) and provide detailed information about the video. For instance, create a video about “Nine Crazy Facts About Cats.” Be creative in defining the overall look – start with a captivating fact, ensure humor, engagement, and dynamism, and end with a question for audience interaction.
Customization continues with background music and voiceover settings. Select the music type, gender, and accent for the voiceover. Subtitles are optional but add a layer of engagement. After hitting ‘Continue,’ the magic begins as Invideo AI transforms your detailed prompt into a video. Want to customize further? Invideo AI allows you to tweak various elements, from audience selection to the video’s look and feel.
### Editing Made Easy
Not satisfied with a specific part? Invideo AI simplifies edits. Use the text box underneath the video to request changes or click ‘Edit’ for more comprehensive options. You can modify media, script, or even export to the timeline for detailed edits and full customization (currently in the alpha stage).
## Elevate Your Videos: Paid Plans and Advanced Features
While Invideo AI offers a free option, upgrading to a paid plan (starting at $20 a month) unlocks a range of features crucial for serious video creation and the TikTok automation business. Unlimited exports, high-resolution videos, and access to premium footage – these elements enhance the quality of your content.
## Viral Content Creation: Recent Events Video Workflow
Invideo AI’s recent events video workflow adds another layer to your content creation arsenal. Use an article link as a reference, and within minutes, you have a trending video. Explore the world of artificial intelligence or any niche that aligns with trending topics.
## The TikTok Automation Business Model
Now, the big question – how does the TikTok account, seemingly simple yet monetarily successful, operate? The answer lies in affiliate product promotion. By examining the account’s bio, we find links to popular ClickBank products like Soulmate Sketch and Wealth DNA Code. With multiple accounts in the same niche, they consistently promote these products in their videos, some of which have garnered millions of views. The simplicity of the videos is the key, but I’ll show you how to leverage Invideo AI for even better results.
### Getting Started with TikTok Automation
Starting your TikTok automation business is a step-by-step process. Begin by selecting an affiliate product – platforms like ClickBank or Digistore offer diverse options. Create a TikTok account, and the real fun begins – content creation. Brainstorm video ideas, and here are three methods to help you:
1. **Chat GPT Ideation**: Use Chat GPT to generate video ideas for your niche. For example, if it suggests “Dog Health Tips,” copy the idea and head to Invideo AI.
2. **Article Inspiration**: Find articles related to your niche. Copy the link, go to Invideo AI, select the YouTube shorts workflow, and use the article as a reference.
3. **Prompt Formula**: Embrace a detailed prompt formula for optimal results. Specify the duration, platform, topic, voiceover and script style, background music, and any additional information. For instance:

SAVANNAH, Ga. () – Prepare for another delightful day as temperatures climb into the low to mid-80s under sunny skies. Although a gentle breeze will accompany the warmth, there’s only a slim chance of a brief shower later today, ensuring a mostly dry and pleasant start to the holiday weekend.
Easter Sunday promises a dry beginning, ideal for morning church services, brunches, and egg hunts. The day will feature a blend of sun and clouds with temperatures again reaching the low to mid-80s. However, as the afternoon progresses, a cold front is expected to arrive, potentially bringing scattered showers and the occasional thunderstorm into the evening.
Following the front’s passage, cooler weather is set to settle in as the new workweek begins. Monday will see temperatures peaking only in the low to mid-70s, with a few showers possibly lingering. The cooling trend continues into Tuesday with temperatures steady in the mid-70s. Another dry cold front is anticipated to sweep through, causing a further dip in temperatures by Wednesday, where highs will range from the upper 60s to lower 70s.
As the week progresses, expect a gradual warming trend. By Thursday, highs should return to the low to mid-70s, climbing to the upper 70s by Friday. Overall, this week will be significantly cooler compared to the recent warm spell.
The artist from Providence, Rhode Island, who was tasked with creating a mural to honor Iryna Zarutska, a Ukrainian refugee who was tragically killed, expressed disappointment, stating that his creative freedom was compromised following backlash that led to the project’s cancellation.
“We began the mural, but as it progressed, there was significant disapproval from the gay community due to Elon Musk’s involvement in funding the project. This opposition intensified, ultimately resulting in the business owners’ decision to take down the mural,” shared Ian Gaudreau, the artist involved before the mural’s sudden halt, in an interview with Fox News Digital.
Expressing his discontent, Gaudreau remarked, “It’s disheartening that the mayor demanded the mural’s removal before I could fully articulate my intent. This feels like an infringement on my rights to free expression and speech, which is regrettable.”

On August 22, Zarutska was the victim of a random and unprovoked stabbing on a light rail train in Charlotte, North Carolina. Disturbing surveillance footage captured the suspect, Decarlos Brown Jr., allegedly stabbing Zarutska in the neck before nonchalantly leaving the scene as she succumbed to her injuries.
The incident sparked a fierce political debate about criminal justice, as Brown had cycled through the criminal justice system for more than a decade, racking up 14 arrests and previously spending five years in prison.
Musk contributed $1 million to help fund a nationwide campaign of public murals depicting Zarutska.
Gaudreau explained that he wasn’t taking sides politically when he took the job painting the mural.

“I think that some people are not able to view the work for what it is — for the work that I have done — because they’re allowing their disdain for Elon to cloud their judgment of the work as itself, because the work as itself is a response to the entire conversation,” he said.
He said he was incorporating symbolism into his work that was itself a critique of the political flashpoint caused by Zarutska’s death that he thinks overshadowed her memory.
“And in the painting, she sort of shines through that, despite this strangling effort. And that’s what I want to symbolize here, is that Iryna was a human being with a mother and father who are still with us and are still grieving.”

Gaudreau also said his work was a response to how works of art depicting Zarutska, and their artists, have been treated. In early March, a mural of the young woman was defaced in Chicago.
“I’m making this work in reaction, post all of the conversation,” he said. “I have the benefit of being on the tail end of this project, in a sense, because I’ve seen how these murals have been treated in the past. I’ve seen that they’ve been defaced, I’ve seen my fellow artists get dragged through the mud for making the choice to paint her, and my work is a reaction to all of that.”
The mural was set to be displayed on the exterior of The Dark Lady, an LGBT bar in Providence.
When the bar received blowback, it first defended itself from criticism, noting on Instagram that “Any of you who know us personally—even just for five minutes—realize the illicit intentions being portrayed here are completely false.”
As pressure mounted, the bar paused the project, and then later canceled it completely.
Amid the scrutiny, Providence’s Democrat Mayor Brett Smiley slammed the mural.

“The murder of the individual depicted in this mural was a devastating tragedy, but the misguided, isolating intent of those funding murals like the one across the country is divisive and does not represent Providence,” he said in a statement, later adding that he wants to “encourage our community to support local artists whose work brings us closer together rather than divide us.”
“I regret the state of where we are in politics today where absolutely everything is political and controversial and hard,” he said in the interview. “There’s nothing we should be doing to take away from the tragedy of the loss of life represented here, but then it was distorted by an erroneous tweet by our president and then a movement was funded by some right-wing billionaires, and it found its way to our community.”
“A private owner of a building decided to put a mural up that I don’t think he understood the full context of, and I was asked whether I thought it should come down, and I thought it should,” said Smiley. “I didn’t stifle anyone’s speech, it was his decision whether to continue with it or to take it down, but it certainly wasn’t bringing us together as a community. There was really angry protests on both sides, a lot of hate speech online, and so I don’t think we’re a stronger, more united community because of this mural, and so I thought the best thing to do was just to take it down.”

A woman from Washington state faces a lengthy prison sentence after her disturbing written intentions to murder her father culminated in a brutal execution of the plan.
In March, a Spokane County jury found 33-year-old Alyssa Bradburn guilty of first-degree murder for the June 2024 killing of her 68-year-old father, Timothy Bradburn.
On Thursday, Spokane County Superior Court Judge Julie McKay sentenced Alyssa to 28 years and four months in prison. Additionally, a no-contact order was issued, permanently barring her from contacting her brother, Trace Bradburn.
The siblings were in the same room for the final time during the sentencing.
Trace Bradburn was present at the hearing and shared his thoughts on the profound loss of their father, as reported by Spokane’s ABC affiliate KXLY.
“I just have to live my life with that,” Trace Bradburn told the court. “And it just guts me every day.”
The underlying incident occurred on June 25, 2024, at the Bradburn home in Spokane. The victim died from multiple gunshot wounds and the culprit was never truly in doubt – the defendant herself called 911 to report that she had shot and killed her father.
Initially, however, the murderess told police her father was abusive to her and her dogs – briefly essaying a self-defense claim.
The defendant later withdrew her allegations against the victim, which included claims her father shot her dogs with a BB gun in the backyard, beat her and the dogs, and raped her when she was a child.
Also, from the start, Alyssa Bradburn revealed that the shooting had been pre-planned for weeks. When officers arrived, the defendant handed police a notebook detailing those plans, according to contemporaneous reporting by Spokane-based NBC affiliate KHQ.
“My journal has my confession and everything in it,” Alyssa Bradburn told police. “It’s the result, I killed someone, so you go to jail for that, he wasn’t trying to kill me at the time.”
The defendant had no criminal history before killing her father with several shots from a gun she practiced with at a local shooting range.
“Unfortunately, the crime Ms. Bradburn decided to start her criminal history with is the most significant and serious that we have,” McKay said during the sentencing hearing.
The shooting occurred just after Timothy Bradburn returned from a trip to Hawaii. As the victim walked through the front door of his own home, his daughter unleashed a flurry of gunfire.
After calling 911 just before midnight and confessing to the shooting, the defendant sat on the front porch and waited for police to arrive.
The state requested a sentence of 31 years and seven months in prison, citing the deliberate and premeditated nature of the crime.
“The evidence that was presented during this trial demonstrated an extreme and elaborate degree of planning,” Emily Sullivan, a deputy prosecuting attorney, told the court.
The defense requested a straight 25-year sentence, arguing that Alyssa Bradburn suffers from extreme mental illness.
“Ms. Bradburn suffers from a state where she sometimes blurs fantasy with reality,” defense attorney Brian Raymon argued.
In the end, the court essentially split the difference by issuing a sentence of 280 months for the murder itself, with an additional 60-month sentence due to a firearm enhancement.
The defendant, for her part, declined to perform an allocution. She was reportedly seen smiling during the proceedings.
A survivor of one of South Australia‘s most notorious paedophiles has revealed his frustration at finding out his attacker, Anthony Munro, will soon be released from jail on parole.
Andrew McIntyre learned of the decision not through official channels but from another individual who had also suffered at the hands of the same abuser.
Even after many years, McIntyre is still grappling with the horrific abuse he experienced during his childhood.
Andrew McIntyre (pictured), a survivor of one South Australia’s most notorious paedophiles Anthony Munro, has revealed his frustration at finding out from another victim that their attacker will soon be released from jail. (9News)
“Now that I have children, I find the thought of such cruelty unimaginable,” McIntyre shared with 9News.
At just nine years old, he was targeted by Munro, a family friend.
“It’s a bizarre situation because, before the abuse began, he was someone I considered a friend,” McIntyre reflected.
The paedophile and former scout leader is behind bars for the horrific abuse of a number of children, including McIntyre, between the 1960’s and 1990’s.
Now he’s been granted parole, something at least one of his victims was notified about earlier this week, 9News understands.
McIntyre said he’s frustrated he wasn’t told.

“I’ve never received any notification – maybe that’s my fault, I don’t know,” he said.
Lawyer Andrew Carpenter has worked with dozens of survivors of child sexual abuse and says running into an offender is the last thing they need.
“The last thing any victim survivor wants to do is be out in public and see an offender that’s out when they thought they were in jail,” Carpenter told 9News.
Munro was 72 when he was sentenced to 10 years and nine months’ prison in 2017 for vile crimes in relation to McIntyre and another boy.
A third victim was identified three years later, adding more jail time.
“I was appalled by one year and six months for a third conviction of a known, proven paedophile,” McIntyre said.
Carpenter said there needs to be a change to protect victims.
Munro was 72 when he was sentenced to 10 years and nine months’ prison in 2017 for vile crimes in relation to McIntyre and another boy. (9News)
“Until the parliament passes laws to make sure sentences are longer this is just going to be a thing that keeps happening over and over again,” he said.
A parole release date is still to be set but 9News understands there’ll be strict conditions for Munro, including electronic monitoring and home detention. He’s also not allowed to contact any of his victims.
Munro was questioned by police over the disappearance of the Beaumont children in 2016 who found no evidence linking him to the case.

On April 4, 2026, King Charles and Sir David Beckham have teamed up to finalize preparations for a garden that will be featured at the renowned RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
Last week, the 77-year-old monarch welcomed the 50-year-old former England football star to his Highgrove estate in Gloucestershire. Joining them were television gardening expert Alan Titchmarsh and author Frances Tophill, as they put the finishing touches on the garden that will be showcased at next month’s prestigious horticultural event.
King Charles and Sir David Beckham have designed a garden together for the Chelsea Flower Show
David Beckham, who is passionate about gardening and acts as an ambassador for the King’s Foundation charity, shared his excitement about the project. “Both the King’s Foundation and the RHS are instrumental in safeguarding and promoting green spaces throughout the UK,” he remarked.
He continued, “I am eager to inspire a new generation to appreciate the advantages of nature and get involved in gardening. It’s been a rewarding experience to contribute to the creation of the Curious Garden, and I look forward to everyone seeing it at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show.”
“I want to help encourage a new generation of to appreciate the benefits of nature and get involved in gardening. It’s been fun to be a part of creating the Curious Garden and I’m excited for people to see it at RHS Chelsea Flower Show.”
The garden features several personal touches from both Charles and Beckham – such as a prominent beehive that is inspired by the duo’s shared love of beekeeping as well as seven raised beds to honour the shirt number that the former Manchester United player wore during his football career.
A press release said: “The group are united by a love for gardening and the outdoors, and the hope that a new generation of young people will consider careers in horticulture in their future.”
Beckham has a close bond with the King and explained how the monarch was the inspiration behind the grey suit he wore – designed by his wife Victoria Beckham – to receive his knighthood at Windsor Castle last November.
The former Real Madrid player said: “He was quite impressed with my suit. He’s kind of the most elegantly dressed man that I know, so he inspired quite a few of my looks over the years and he definitely inspired this look.
“It was something my wife made me. I looked at old pictures of him when he was quite young in morning suits and I was like, ‘OK, that’s what I want to wear’, so I gave it to my wife and she did it.”
Kylie Kelce has faced online backlash for expressing frustration over inquiries about the anticipated wedding between Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift scheduled for this summer.
The Kansas City Chiefs player is set to tie the knot with Swift in June, following their engagement last August. Despite the excitement surrounding the event, details remain scarce as family members, including Kylie, keep information under wraps.
Kylie voiced her annoyance, stating, “I just want to tell everyone, I know it often comes from a good place—though not always—but stop asking me and my mother-in-law about the wedding. No one’s sharing any details because I don’t have them.”
Now, in a new episode of her podcast ‘Not Gonna Lie’, she has slammed those trying to get information out of her about the highly-anticipated event. But not everyone thinks she has quite managed to read the room on this one.
Married to Travis’ brother, former Philadelphia Eagles player Jason Kelce, Kylie also criticized TMZ for approaching Donna Kelce, the family matriarch, for information.
Kylie, married to Travis’ brother and former Philadelphia Eagles star Jason Kelce, also took issue with TMZ in particular, after they approached the matriarch of the Kelce family; Donna.
Kylie Kelce has told people to ‘stop f***ing asking’ her for details about Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s upcoming wedding this summer
Swift and Kelce are expected to tie the knot on June 13 at her Rhode Island mansion
She said: ‘Stop f***ing asking my mother-in-law, TMZ. F***ing being creeps in the f***ing airport. Ew. Here’s the thing, even if I did have any information, I’m not f***ing telling you. That’s private information between family. A and B, see your way out.’
‘My new answer: “Suck my a**”. I’m gonna get a headband with LED lights and it’s gonna say, “Suck my a**,” and I’m just gonna have a little button and it’s gonna turn on the second someone asks about it.’
There were some observers, though, who thought Kelce’s words veered on being hypocritical given how when it suits her, she’s happy to tell people about her family life.
One fan, sharing a gif from infamous South Park episode mocking Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s ‘Worldwide Privacy Tour’, said: ‘Kylie Kelce telling people to stop asking her about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce ’s wedding on the podcast she started for the sole purpose of monetizing her relationship/proximity to Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce.’
Another wrote: ‘New Heights was an average podcast. Sort of amateurish. It didn’t get popular until Travis started dating Taylor. Kylie used that to leverage her own podcast. The only reason anyone listens to Kylie is Taylor Swift. The ego here is incredible.’
A different fan posted: ‘I mean come on the only reason she is behind a mic is cuz of that relationship.’
A similar take read: ‘Taylor Swift is the only reason any of the Kelce podcasts got popular. Swifties, who would kill their own grandmothers for more TSwift content, tuned in hoping to (find) snippets. Nobody else listens to them.’
Kelce started her podcast in November 2024, a little over a year after Swift’s relationship with Travis became public news by the singer attending a Chiefs NFL game.
But her latest comments have seen her criticized given how she benefKeits off Travis and Taylor
The couple are expected to tie the knot in Rhode Island on June 13 with around 150 guests anticipated. The wedding will take place at her $18 million Rhode Island mansion which has a view of the ocean and generous adjacent lawns.
A source previously revealed to the Daily Mail that plans are said to be so tightly under wraps that even guests are currently unaware of the exact date and location.
‘Everybody [loved ones, close friends] has been told to put the summer on hold and they will find out the details right before the wedding,’ one insider told us.
A second insider indicated that the nuptials will definitely take place prior to football season and that Kelce will be able to attend his full training camp schedule.
Despite fears that he could be set to retire after a glittering 13-season career, Kelce confirmed last month that he would be returning to the field for the new season in September.
In light of the ongoing U.S.-Israel conflict with Iran, nations that depend heavily on energy exports through the Strait of Hormuz are actively seeking solutions to reopen this vital maritime trade route. The current turmoil has underscored the strategic importance of the Strait, prompting calls for international cooperation to stabilize the situation.
On Thursday, the United Kingdom hosted a gathering of representatives from 41 countries to formulate strategies for reopening the Strait. The meeting spotlighted Iran as the primary player obstructing the global economy by hindering this crucial shipping passage.
Though not openly discussed during the meeting, there is significant discontent among international allies towards former President Trump’s abrupt initiation of military actions in Iran on February 28. This operation was launched without a contingency plan for maintaining open access to the Strait and without prior consultations with key global partners now being asked to help resolve the crisis.
French President Emmanuel Macron has expressed strong opposition to the U.S.’s military campaign against Iran. He has resisted President Trump’s calls for European nations to join the military efforts aimed at reopening the Strait.
“They cannot then complain about not being supported in an operation they decided on their own. It is not our operation,” Macron stated to journalists on Thursday during his visit to South Korea, highlighting the lack of international consensus on the issue.
Macron was responding to a question about Trump’s announcement on April 1 that he was preparing for major strikes against Iran. The U.S. president on Thursday said the U.S. has Iran’s bridges and electricity plants on a target list.
At the United Nations, Bahrain has authored a United Nations Security Council Resolution to protect commercial shipping in and around the Strait, but is facing opposition from veto-wielding China, Reuters reported. The resolution is expected to go to a vote next week.
Trump has lashed out against European nations who have rebuffed his requests for assistance, ranging from the petty — taking personal jabs at Macron’s marriage — to the existential, threatening to withdraw the U.S. from NATO.
European leaders and other nations reliant on energy exports from the Gulf are confronting the reality that they must develop action plans in the face of uncertainty around how long the Iran war will continue, and what Trump’s exit strategy might look like.
Trump has given wildly contradicting statements over the past few days on the Strait of Hormuz. On April 1, in his primetime address to the nation, he said “countries of the world” most reliant on energy exports from the Gulf must take the lead on opening up the passage.
“They must grab it and cherish it. They can do it easily. We will be helpful,” he added.
In the same speech, he said the passage would “open up naturally” when the fighting ended.
On Friday, Trump said that with more time, the U.S. could open the strait, “TAKE THE OIL,& MAKE A FORTUNE,” in a post on his social media site Truth Social.
Iran has succeeded in effectively closing the Strait by carrying out missile and drone attacks on some ships, threatening further attacks, and potentially mining the waterway. Tehran has allowed a few dozen ships from friendly nations through upon request, but that does little to relieve the major economic and humanitarian shocks rippling across the globe.
And Iran is strengthening its control over the waterway, demanding as part of any ceasefire deal to be recognized as the sovereign authority over the passage. Its parliament on Thursday approved a plan to collect tolls on vessels traveling through the Strait, although it said it would require approval from neighboring states.
Bloomberg reported that Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) is exercising control over the strait, imposing demands on ships currently stuck in the passage for them to pass through. If a ship can confirm it has no links to the U.S. or Israel, the IRGC begins conversations about a toll amount, with preferential treatment for countries deemed friendly to Tehran.
Starting prices for oil tankers can be $1 per barrel, with some tankers carrying up to 2 million barrels, and payments made in Chinese Yuan or cryptocurrency, Bloomberg reported.
The U.K.-hosted summit rejected Iran’s tolls on transiting ships. The summit participants agreed on four action items to combat Iran’s control of the waterway.
This includes diplomatic pressure on Iran to permit free passage through the Strait and “explore” the options of sanctions to punish Iran if it keeps the Strait closed. The countries also discussed greater cooperation with shipping operators to support “operational confidence” and using the International Maritime Organization to “secure the release” of thousands of ships and sailors trapped in the Strait.
Meanwhile, foreign governments are rationing oil and gas amid the halt in transit and confronting how the Strait’s blockage impacts the world’s food supplies. Among the knock-on effects include farmers needing to ration fuel to power their equipment, and grappling with shortages in fertilizer deliveries that also transit the Strait.
The humanitarian impact is dire, with countries embroiled in conflict already under strain and donor fatigue impacting support to nongovernmental organizations working to alleviate the suffering.
Last month, the UN launched a task force to address the humanitarian impact of the Strait’s closure. The goal is to develop and propose technical mechanisms to meet humanitarian needs.
The initiative garnered support from the International Crisis Group, which convened dozens of prominent former leaders and humanitarian officials to add their names to a statement of support. It said that the focus is on getting Iran to permit critical supplies of fertilizer and related materials, like sulfur and ammonia, through the Strait.
“The initiative would be independent of any plan to open the Strait by force. Such an approach would serve both Iranian and U.S. interests,” the statement reads. “It would protect Iran’s own food security and underline its claim that its selective control of the waterway is aimed only at belligerents. Meanwhile, it would also help farmers and consumers, while lowering the conflict’s costs to the rest of the world.”
The statement points to the experience of the UN helping mediate the export of grain through the Black Sea amid Russia’s assault against Ukraine. That initiative worked for a number of months until Russia withdrew its participation. Ukraine then carved out a path for ships to transit avoiding Russian threats and ensuring the export of foodstuffs critical to the global supply.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, in an interview with NewsNation broadcast Thursday, said his advice is for efforts to open the Strait of Hormuz is to separate it from negotiations on the war.
“That’s what I said to Middle East countries, my opinion, in my experience, what we can do first is parallel tracks. The war and negotiation of energy, to my mind don’t connect,” he said.
But Zelensky said Ukraine also stands by ready to help “control the Strait unilaterally,” laying out a plan requiring interceptors, military convoys to escort vessels, “a large integrated electronic warfare network, and other tools.”
“We stand ready to help with this. But for now, we are not yet involved,” he said in a post on X.
“So far, no one has made such a request. We are simply sharing our knowledge. If one day our partners want to make use of it, we would be ready.”
Two men are facing charges following a tragic “gang-related” shooting in Brooklyn that claimed the life of a 7-month-old baby. Authorities revealed that surveillance footage captured the suspects crashing the moped they used to escape the scene.
The video shows the suspects speeding down a one-way street in the wrong direction, colliding with an oncoming black sedan. The impact propelled both men off the moped, sending them tumbling onto the pavement.
After the crash, the duo is seen struggling to stand, with one visibly limping on his right foot. They are observed hurriedly collecting scattered belongings before attempting to return to their moped.
The infant victim was identified as Kaori Patterson-Moore from Brooklyn. The shooting occurred while her mother was pushing her in a stroller. Shots rang out, prompting the family, including Kaori’s father and 2-year-old brother, to seek refuge in a nearby bodega.

Greene was the rear passenger on the moped. He suffered a broken leg and was taken to the hospital after the crash, where he was subsequently arrested on unrelated domestic violence charges.
The NYPD announced Thursday that he has been charged with one count of murder and two counts of attempted murder. He will be taken into custody and arraigned after his hospital stay.
Police announced Friday the second suspect, Matthew Rodriguez, was arrested in Pennsylvania. The 18-year-old, who can be seen driving the moped in the surveillance video, was taken into custody by NYPD detectives assigned to the U.S. Marshals Regional Fugitive Task Force. Charges are pending.

The gun used in the shooting has not been recovered, though police say they have found two shell casings related to the incident.
At an emotional news conference, NYPD Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch decried the heinous crime.
“This is a terrible day in our city, a tragedy that truly shocks the conscious,” she said. “As a mother, I cannot imagine the pain that this family is feeling or the grief that they now carry with them. It is unspeakable.”

That all-too-familiar sensation of tightness and bloating in your abdomen is something nearly everyone encounters at some point. It can strike after indulging in a hearty holiday feast, sipping on a carbonated beverage, or seemingly without warning on a crucial day. While it’s seldom a cause for serious concern, the discomfort feels anything but trivial when you’re in the thick of it.
The upside? There are effective, tried-and-true methods to alleviate gas swiftly and harmlessly. Even better, knowing when that bloating signifies a more pressing issue that warrants a call to your physician can spare you from far more than just discomfort.
This article delves into all you need to know: the nature of trapped gas, quick relief techniques, and the warning signs that necessitate immediate medical attention.
How To Release Trapped Gas and Reduce Bloating Fast
What Is Trapped Gas? The Medical Truth Behind a Common Complaint
Though many are familiar with the sensation, fewer understand its mechanics. Gas is a normal digestive byproduct. Your gastrointestinal (GI) tract generates between one and four pints of gas daily, which exits the body through burping or flatulence an average of 13 to 21 times per day, according to the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK).
“Trapped gas” occurs when this gas doesn’t exit as efficiently as it should. It collects in pockets along the digestive tract, leading to pressure, bloating, and occasionally sharp, cramping pain that can mimic symptoms of other conditions.
“It’s more of a layperson’s description rather than a medical term,” explains Anish Sheth, MD, AGAF, chief of gastroenterology and director of the Center for Digestive Health at Penn Medicine Princeton Health, and author of What’s Your Poo Telling You? The clinical picture is more nuanced: what feels like “trapped” gas may reflect slowed motility, air swallowing, fermentation of undigested food in the colon, or an underlying GI condition.
Where Does Trapped Gas Come From?
Gas in your digestive system comes from two primary sources:
Swallowed air (aerophagia): Every time you eat, drink, chew gum, or talk while eating, you swallow small amounts of air. Most of it is belched out, but some travels into the small intestine and colon.
Bacterial fermentation: Gut bacteria break down foods, particularly high-fiber carbohydrates and sugars, producing gases like hydrogen, methane, and carbon dioxide as byproducts.
Certain foods are well-documented gas producers. Beans, lentils, cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts), dairy products in people with lactose sensitivity, carbonated beverages, and artificial sweeteners like sorbitol all rank among the most common culprits. A 2021 review published in Nutrients found that high-FODMAP foods (fermentable oligosaccharides, disaccharides, monosaccharides, and polyols) were the most frequently associated with gas and bloating in individuals with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
How To Release Trapped Gas: 10 Proven Methods That Actually Work
Before reaching for an over-the-counter remedy, it’s worth knowing that several simple physical interventions can provide relief within minutes. The approaches below are grounded in physiology and supported by clinical recommendation.
1. Move Your Body — Even a Short Walk Helps
Physical movement stimulates intestinal motility, the rhythmic muscle contractions that push food and gas through your digestive tract. Research published in the Journal of Gastrointestinal and Liver Diseases found that walking after a meal significantly accelerated gastric emptying compared to lying down. Even a brisk 10-minute walk can help gas move along and exit naturally.
If you’re dealing with post-meal bloating regularly, a short walk after eating isn’t just relief, it’s prevention.
2. Try Gas-Releasing Yoga Poses
Certain yoga postures are specifically designed to compress and massage the abdominal organs, which can help dislodge trapped gas mechanically.
The most effective ones include:
Apanasana (Knees-to-Chest Pose): Lie on your back, pull both knees toward your chest, and gently rock side to side. Hold for 30 seconds and release.
Supta Matsyendrasana (Supine Twist): Lying flat, bring one knee to your chest and rotate it across your body while keeping your shoulders on the floor. This twisting motion puts gentle pressure on the ascending and descending colon.
Child’s Pose (Balasana): Kneel on the floor, sit back on your heels, and fold forward with arms extended. The gentle compression on the abdomen can help move gas toward the exit.
Spend one to two minutes in each pose for the best results.
3. Apply Gentle Abdominal Massage
Massaging your abdomen in the direction of your colon’s natural path can physically push gas along. Here’s the correct technique:
Start below your right hip bone, move upward toward your right ribs, across to your left ribs, then down toward your left hip, and finally inward toward your pelvis. This follows the anatomical route of the large intestine. Use gentle but firm circular strokes with your fingertips, and repeat the circuit for three to five minutes. A 2018 randomized controlled trial in the Journal of Gastroenterology and Hepatology found that this type of colon massage significantly reduced bloating and improved bowel movement frequency in participants with constipation.
4. Adjust Your Body Position
Posture matters more than most people realize when it comes to gas relief. Lying flat on your back can actually make bloating worse because it allows gas to pool. Instead, try:
Lying on your left side, which takes advantage of the stomach’s natural curvature and can help move gas toward the colon more efficiently.
Squatting, which puts the body in a position that straightens the anorectal angle, reducing the muscular resistance that can trap gas in the lower bowel.
5. Use Simethicone (Gas-X or Similar)
Simethicone is the active ingredient in over-the-counter gas remedies like Gas-X, Mylanta Gas, and Phazyme. It works by breaking up gas bubbles in the digestive tract, making them easier to pass. Unlike some medications, simethicone is not absorbed into the bloodstream, making it safe for most adults, including pregnant women (though always confirm with your doctor).
It’s most effective when taken at the first sign of bloating or immediately after a gas-triggering meal. Following the package instructions is essential since taking more than recommended doesn’t increase effectiveness.
6. Drink Warm Liquids
Warm water, herbal teas, or warm broth can help relax the digestive tract and encourage the movement of gas. Peppermint tea, in particular, has demonstrated efficacy in several small clinical trials. A 2014 meta-analysis in the Journal of Clinical Gastroenterology found that peppermint oil (the concentrated form) reduced IBS symptoms, including bloating and gas, significantly better than a placebo. Peppermint works by relaxing the smooth muscle of the intestines, reducing spasms that can trap gas.
Avoid carbonated beverages and drinking through straws during a gas episode, as both introduce additional air into the digestive system.
7. Try Activated Charcoal Supplements
Activated charcoal is a form of carbon processed to make it highly porous. It is thought to adsorb (bind to its surface) gas-producing compounds in the intestine. Some clinical studies suggest it can reduce intestinal gas and associated discomfort, though evidence remains mixed. A study in the British Journal of Clinical Pharmacology found it reduced the volume of intestinal gas after a gas-producing meal.
It’s important to note that activated charcoal can also bind to medications, so anyone taking prescription drugs should speak with a pharmacist before using it.
8. Watch What and How You Eat
This one is both a remedy and a prevention strategy. Eating too quickly, talking while chewing, or eating large portions all increase swallowed air and the fermentation load on your colon. Practical adjustments include:
Chewing each bite 20 to 30 times before swallowing
Eating smaller, more frequent meals rather than two or three large ones
Avoiding lying down for at least two hours after eating
Identifying and reducing high-FODMAP foods if bloating is a recurring issue
9. Consider Digestive Enzyme Supplements
Digestive enzyme products like Beano contain alpha-galactosidase, an enzyme that helps break down complex carbohydrates before gut bacteria can ferment them. These work best when taken immediately before eating gas-producing foods like beans or broccoli, not after the fact. Studies have shown that alpha-galactosidase can reduce gas production by up to 70% when taken prophylactically.
10. Try the “I Love You” Massage Technique
Used widely in pediatric care and increasingly recommended for adults, this technique follows the shape of the letters I, L, and U on your abdomen, each corresponding to a segment of the colon. Practitioners of abdominal physical therapy use it regularly for post-surgical gas pain and constipation-related bloating. It’s non-invasive, takes about five minutes, and many people find it surprisingly effective for fast relief.
When To Seek Medical Attention for Trapped Gas
Most gas-related discomfort resolves on its own or with the methods described above. But there are specific scenarios where gas pain is a signal that something else is happening, something that warrants professional evaluation.
Gas Pain That Mimics Cardiac Symptoms
This distinction matters enormously. Gas trapped in the upper left portion of the colon (called splenic flexure syndrome) can cause chest pain and left shoulder discomfort that feels alarmingly similar to heart attack symptoms. If you are unsure whether your chest pain is gas-related or cardiac, err on the side of caution and seek emergency care immediately. The stakes are too high to guess.
Persistent or Worsening Abdominal Pain
Occasional gas pain that comes and goes is normal. Pain that lasts more than several hours, keeps intensifying, or is concentrated in a specific area of the abdomen rather than diffuse, these patterns should prompt a call to your doctor. Localized pain is particularly worth investigating because it may indicate inflammation, infection, or obstruction rather than simple gas accumulation.
Gas Pain Accompanied By These Symptoms
See a doctor promptly if trapped gas or bloating is associated with any of the following:
Unexplained weight loss
Blood in the stool or rectal bleeding
Persistent diarrhea or constipation lasting more than a week
Nausea and vomiting alongside gas pain
Fever
Loss of appetite that is unusual for you
A feeling that your bowels aren’t fully emptying
Each of these may independently suggest conditions including inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), colorectal cancer, celiac disease, or bowel obstruction, all of which require timely diagnosis.
What About Chronic Constipation? Its Role in Trapped Gas
Constipation and gas are closely linked. When stool sits in the colon for too long, gut bacteria continue fermenting it, generating additional gas in an already slowed system. The result is compounding discomfort: bloating, pressure, and gas pain that won’t budge no matter how many yoga poses you try.
The American College of Gastroenterology estimates that chronic constipation affects approximately 16% of adults in the United States, with rates rising to 33% among adults over 60. Many of them also report significant gas and bloating as secondary symptoms.
How Chronic Constipation Differs From Occasional Gas
Occasional gas is situational, triggered by specific foods or a stressful day. Chronic constipation-related gas is persistent, cyclical, and often accompanied by other bowel symptoms. If you are having fewer than three bowel movements per week consistently, straining regularly during bowel movements, passing hard or lumpy stools, or feeling that elimination is incomplete, that pattern meets the clinical definition of chronic constipation.
Managing Gas From Chronic Constipation
The most effective long-term approach targets the constipation itself rather than the gas alone. Strategies include:
Increasing dietary fiber gradually to 25 to 38 grams per day (too fast causes more gas, so the pace matters)
Staying well hydrated, aiming for at least 8 cups of water daily, since fiber without water can worsen constipation
Regular physical activity, which has been consistently shown to improve colonic transit time
Establishing a bathroom routine, such as sitting on the toilet at the same time each day, even without urgency, to train the bowel reflex
Probiotic supplementation, particularly strains of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium, which have shown benefit in multiple randomized trials
If lifestyle measures fail after four to six weeks, a gastroenterologist can evaluate for underlying conditions and consider prescription treatments or motility testing.
When Bloating Signals an Emergency: Symptoms You Cannot Afford to Ignore
There is a meaningful difference between uncomfortable bloating and dangerous bloating. The following presentations require emergency medical evaluation, not a wait-and-see approach.
Sudden, Severe Abdominal Distension
If your abdomen becomes visibly distended rapidly and the bloating is accompanied by the inability to pass gas or have a bowel movement, this pattern is a classic presentation of bowel obstruction. Obstructions can be caused by adhesions from prior surgery, hernias, or tumors and are a surgical emergency if not addressed.
Abdominal Rigidity
A hard, board-like abdomen that is extremely tender to the touch, particularly when pressure is suddenly released (called rebound tenderness), is a sign of peritonitis, an infection of the abdominal cavity. This is life-threatening and requires immediate emergency care.
Gas Pain After Abdominal Surgery
Post-surgical gas is common and expected. However, if it is severe, accompanied by fever, or not improving within a few days of surgery, it may signal a surgical complication including anastomotic leak or infection. Any post-operative patient with escalating abdominal symptoms should contact their surgical team without delay.
Bloating With Jaundice or Dark Urine
Yellow skin, yellow eyes, or dark urine appearing alongside bloating can point toward liver disease, gallbladder obstruction, or pancreatic pathology. These conditions require urgent investigation with imaging and blood work.
The Bottom Line on Releasing Trapped Gas
Gas is a universal human experience. The fact that you are dealing with it doesn’t signal anything is wrong. Most episodes respond well to simple interventions: movement, positional changes, warm liquids, and over-the-counter remedies like simethicone. For people prone to recurring bloating, dietary adjustments, particularly identifying and reducing gas-triggering foods, offer the most durable long-term relief.
The critical insight is knowing where normalcy ends and concern begins. Occasional gas after a bean-heavy lunch is one thing. Gas pain that is severe, persistent, accompanied by systemic symptoms like weight loss or rectal bleeding, or that arrives alongside a visibly distended abdomen is something else entirely. Those situations deserve medical attention, and getting it promptly makes a measurable difference in outcomes.
Your digestive system works remarkably hard, quietly processing thousands of meals over a lifetime. Listening to it, and knowing when its signals are routine versus urgent, is one of the most practical things you can do for your long-term health.
Frequently Asked Questions About Trapped Gas
1. How long does trapped gas pain usually last?
Most episodes of trapped gas resolve within a few minutes to a few hours, especially with movement or positional changes. Pain lasting more than several hours, particularly if it is worsening rather than improving, warrants medical evaluation.
2. Can trapped gas cause back pain?
Yes. Gas that accumulates in the lower abdomen can radiate into the lower back, creating a dull aching sensation. This is generally not dangerous, but persistent back pain alongside gastrointestinal symptoms should be evaluated by a physician to rule out kidney or spinal causes.
3. Is it normal to pass gas 20 times a day?
Yes, entirely. The range of normal flatulence is broad, from 13 to 21 times per day according to the NIDDK. Frequency alone is not a reliable indicator of a problem. It is the associated symptoms, such as pain, bleeding, or changes in bowel habits, that matter clinically.
4. Does stress cause trapped gas?
It can. The gut-brain axis is a well-established bidirectional communication pathway between the central nervous system and the enteric nervous system (the nervous system of the digestive tract). Stress and anxiety can slow gut motility, alter gut bacteria composition, and increase visceral sensitivity, all of which can worsen gas and bloating.
5. What foods should I avoid to prevent trapped gas?
Common dietary triggers include beans and lentils, cruciferous vegetables, onions and garlic, dairy products (particularly if you have lactose sensitivity), carbonated drinks, artificial sweeteners such as sorbitol and mannitol, and high-fructose foods. Keeping a food journal for two weeks can help identify your personal triggers with more precision than any general list.
