France and South Korea Forge Alliance to Enhance Security in the Strait of Hormuz

0

On Friday, French President Emmanuel Macron and South Korean President Lee Jae Myung committed to collaborating on reopening the Strait of Hormuz, aiming to alleviate the global economic instability stemming from the Middle East conflict.

Their meeting in Seoul coincided with US President Donald Trump criticizing allies for their lack of support for the US and Israel in their conflict with Iran.

Macron’s visit to South Korea marked his first since assuming the presidency in 2017 and was part of a broader Asian tour that included a stop in Japan.

During his discussions with President Lee, Macron expressed that both France and South Korea have a significant role to play in stabilizing Middle Eastern tensions, particularly addressing Iran’s control over the Strait of Hormuz, which has severely impacted global energy markets.

At a subsequent joint press briefing, Macron emphasized the necessity of joint efforts between France and South Korea to reopen the strait and reduce hostilities in the Middle East. President Lee reiterated their commitment to ensuring a secure shipping passage through the Strait of Hormuz.

The two leaders did not take questions and did not elaborate on how they would help reopen the strait — the narrow waterway between Iran and Oman through which about one-fifth of the world’s oil usually passes.

“We need to clearly define, at the international level, the conditions for a process to ease the crisis and conflict in the Middle East,” Macron said. “We need to ensure that the Strait of Hormuz is reopened.”

Lee said he and Macron agreed to expand cooperation in technology, energy and other areas. South Korean and French officials also signed agreements to cooperate on nuclear fuel supply chains, jointly invest in an offshore wind project in southern South Korea and to collaborate on critical minerals.

South Korea has moved to increase output at its nuclear reactors to mitigate the energy crunch and Lee has also called for a faster transition to renewable energy, saying the war has exposed the country’s heavy reliance on fossil fuel imports.

Macron’s Asia trip comes as Trump has ramped up his frustration with allies.

In a speech Wednesday, Trump said Americans “don’t need” the strait but the countries who do “must grab it and cherish it.”

In an earlier Easter event at the White House, Trump called for his allies in Asia and China to get involved in reopening the waterway.

“Let South Korea, you know, we only have 45,000 soldiers in harm’s way over there, right next to a nuclear force — let South Korea do it,” Trump said. “Let Japan do it. They get 90% of their oil from the strait. Let China do it.”

The United States stations about 28,000 troops in South Korea, not the 45,000 stated by Trump.

The US troops’ deployment in South Korea is meant to deter potential aggressions from North Korea.

Macron has said reopening the Strait of Hormuz through a military operation is unrealistic.

South Korean officials have said they are in contact with Washington on the issue and that Seoul isn’t considering paying Iran transit fees to secure fuel shipments through the strait.

Shocking Bodycam Footage: Tiger Woods Handcuffed After Dramatic Florida Rollover Crash

0

In newly released footage from a police body camera, Tiger Woods appears shocked as officers place him in handcuffs following his SUV accident in Florida last week. The video, made public on Thursday, also captures deputies retrieving two pills from the renowned golfer’s pocket.

During the encounter, Martin County Sheriff’s Deputy Tatiana Levenar informed Woods, “I believe your normal faculties are impaired by an unknown substance, and therefore you are being arrested for driving under the influence (DUI).”

Woods explained that he was distracted by his phone and adjusting the radio when his Land Rover, traveling at high speed, clipped a truck’s rear and overturned on a residential street in Jupiter Island. Fortunately, the incident on March 27 resulted in no injuries.

Surprised by the situation, Woods questioned, “I’m being arrested?” while standing at the roadside.

“Yes, sir,” Deputy Levenar confirmed.

After handcuffing Woods, authorities searched his pockets and found two white pills.

“That’s a Norco,” Woods said after an officer pulled out the pills, referring to a painkiller that contains acetaminophen and the opioid hydrocodone. Authorities would later confirm that Woods was in possession of hydrocodone.

In the bodycam footage, Woods told Levenar that he had not drunk any alcohol and that he had taken “a few” medications earlier in the day, though Woods’ words are muted in the released video as he describes some of the drugs.

Woods, 50, pleaded not guilty on Tuesday to suspicion of driving under the influence. He posted a statement Tuesday night saying that he was stepping away indefinitely “to seek treatment and focus on my health.”

During a field sobriety test, deputies noticed Woods limping and that he had a compression sock over his right knee. Woods explained he had undergone seven back surgeries and over 20 surgeries on his right leg, and that his ankle seizes up while walking.

Woods, who was hiccuping during questioning, continuously moved his head during one of the sobriety tests and deputies had to tell him several times to keep his head straight, the report said.

“Based on my observations of Woods, how he performed the exercises and based on my training, knowledge, and experience, I believed that Woods normal faculties were impaired, and he was unable to safely operate the motor vehicle,” Levenar later wrote.

Woods is the most influential figure in golf and has become as recognizable as any athlete in the world. The first person of Black heritage to win the Masters in 1997, he has captivated golf fans with records likely never to be broken.

But his injuries have kept him from accomplishing more, including those suffered in the 2021 car crash in Los Angeles that damaged his right leg so badly he said doctors considered amputation. He has not played an official event since the 2024 British Open. He was recovering from a seventh back surgery in October and was trying to return at the Masters, where he is a five-time champion.

Following last week’s crash, Woods agreed to a Breathalyzer test that showed no signs of alcohol, but he refused a urine test, authorities said. He was arrested and released on bail eight hours later.

Under a change to Florida law last year, refusing an officer’s request to take a breath, blood or urine test became a misdemeanor, even for a first offense.

Olympic Gold Medalist Boxer Surrounded by Gender Debate Advances to Asian Championship Semifinals

ULAANBAATAR – In a significant return to the ring, Olympic gold medalist Lin Yu-ting triumphed in her quarterfinal match at the Asian Boxing Championships on Friday, marking her first competition since World Boxing verified her gender through a genetic test.

Making history as Taiwan’s first Olympic boxing champion, Lin faced off against Thananya Somnuek of Thailand earlier this week. Competing in the 60-kilogram lightweight category, she secured a decisive 5-0 victory.

Continuing her winning streak, Lin delivered another flawless performance on Friday by defeating Ayaka Taguchi of Japan, who was the division’s top seed. She dominated each round, earning a unanimous 5-0 decision with perfect scores from all five judges.

At 30 years old, Lin was competing internationally for the first time since claiming the women’s 57-kg featherweight title at the Paris Olympics in August 2024.

World Boxing, which took over as the sport’s Olympic-level governing body last year, introduced a policy in August requiring all athletes to undergo a one-time genetic test to detect the presence of a Y chromosome, confirming their eligibility to compete.

World Boxing didn’t confirm Lin’s eligibility until March 19.

It was not clear whether Lin will have to undergo further gene testing if she wants to compete again at the Olympics. The International Olympic Committee announced last week new rules banning transgender athletes and a mandatory gene test once in an athlete’s career.

Lin and Imane Khelif of Algeria won gold medals at Paris amid international scrutiny and misconceptions over both boxers’ sex. While both met the eligibility rules followed at the time by the IOC, which ran the Paris tournament, the two fighters’ success sparked a politically charged debate over those standards.

Lin is expected to fight in the Asian tournament semifinals on Monday.

Explore the Heartwarming Family Life of Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger

Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger have made a conscious decision to keep their young children away from movies for the time being, and the reasoning behind this might surprise some. Despite Pratt’s extensive film career, which includes a growing collection of family-friendly titles, the couple has chosen to delay their kids’ introduction to the big screen.

Appearing on the TODAY show, Pratt humorously noted, “There will come a time when my kids will realize their dad is actually pretty cool.” This revelation, he believes, is still in the future for Lyla, 5, Eloise, 3, and Ford, who is just 16 months old. When that time comes, they will not only have Pratt’s work to explore but also that of their grandfather, renowned actor Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Pratt explained their approach, noting, “Katherine is quite traditional when it comes to screens and technology.” This old-school perspective means that the couple is postponing their children’s exposure to movies and other screen-related entertainment.

In the meantime, when the moment finally arrives for the kids to dive into their dad’s film library, they’ll find plenty of entertaining options, especially with the upcoming release of the Super Mario Galaxy Movie. Eventually, they may also discover the iconic roles their grandfather has played. Until then, the Pratt-Schwarzenegger household remains a screen-free zone for the little ones.

“Katherine is very old-school when it comes to screens and technology and all of that stuff,” Chris explained. “So, we’re waiting.”

But the actor’s 13-year-old son Jack, with ex-wife Anna Faris, went with him to Tokyo while he was promoting his Super Mario Bros. sequel and finds his dad’s PG offerings “pretty cool.”

Which, in turn, has inspired Chris to make more quality family fare, because “at the same time as wanting to make movies that would entertain my kids,” he told Men’s Journal, “I’m also thinking about creating movies that are merciful on the parents.”

In the meantime, he and Katherine are keeping their little ones busy with lots of parks and rec.

Phillies Announce $205 Million BayCare Ballpark Renovation Plan to Enhance Fan Experience

CLEARWATER, Fla. (WFLA) — The Philadelphia Phillies have unveiled a proposal to invest $205 million to revamp BayCare Ballpark, the venue that hosts their spring training and serves as the base for their Single-A affiliate, the Clearwater Threshers.

The renovation plan aims to significantly enhance the stadium’s amenities, ushering in a new era for the facility.

  • Video board replacement
  • Upgrade west plaza fan entrance
  • Replace field lights
  • Larger concourse
  • Fan seat replacement
  • Enhanced restrooms

“This changes everything. Even on slower days, it will draw a substantial number of customers to us. It’s a great business opportunity given our proximity,” expressed Steven Capraro, a manager at the nearby Varsity Club in Clearwater.

The ballpark last underwent renovations in 2004. Representatives from the Phillies, speaking at a Pinellas County Commission workshop on Thursday afternoon, suggested that the proposed improvements would ensure the team’s presence in the area until at least 2047.

Currently, the Pinellas County Commission is inclined to allocate $80 million from tourist development taxes for the project. The Phillies are prepared to contribute $75 million, supplemented by a $20 million state grant. The City of Clearwater might provide the remaining funds, though the city has yet to discuss the renovation plans formally.

Alert Issued for Australians Over Potential Iran-Related Threat in Iraq

0

Australians have been cautioned about a looming threat of an Iran-linked attack in central Baghdad. The Australian government is advising anyone currently in Iraq to steer clear of military and energy sites, as well as venues tied to Israeli, Jewish, and American interests.

The warning was issued Thursday evening for Iraq, which is under a ‘do not travel’ alert according to Smartraveller, a platform managed by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT).

The update stated, “On April 2nd, the US Embassy in Baghdad released a security alert indicating that Iraqi militia groups with ties to Iran might plan attacks in central Baghdad within the next 24-48 hours.”

People in Iraq are urged to stay indoors as much as possible, find safe shelter, and keep a close eye on the situation as it unfolds.

The alert advises, “Be vigilant about your surroundings and avoid government, military, or energy facilities, including oil production sites. Steer clear of US diplomatic missions and other areas linked to Israeli, Jewish, and US interests.”

The update also flagged a high kidnapping threat across the country, particularly targeting foreigners in places such as cafes, hotels and restaurants.

Academics, journalists and aid workers are at a higher risk, it said.

American journalist Shelly Kittleson was kidnapped in Baghdad this week, reportedly from a street outside a hotel. US authorities have said they suspect she was taken by members of an Iranian-backed militia group.

Authorities are searching the city for her, police officials say.

On terrorism, the alert warned that attacks could occur at any time and in any location, with militia groups known to target hotels frequented by foreigners in the Iraqi Kurdistan Region.

The International Zone in central Baghdad — a heavily fortified area in central Baghdad housing foreign embassies, government buildings and international organisations — remains closed with limited exceptions.

What Australians should do

While the Australian government has urged all Australians to leave Iraq, Smartraveller has warned those still in the country to exercise caution at checkpoints and consider any exit route carefully.

“Exercise extreme caution at checkpoints throughout Iraq,” the update said. “Criminals and terrorists have also used false security checkpoints to stage kidnappings, robberies and murders or launch attacks.”

It also issued a warning on plans to leave Iraq.

Iraq closed its airspace on 28 February after the United States and Israel launched major airstrikes on Iran. All commercial flights are currently suspended.

“There are no risk-free options for leaving Iraq, and the security situation can change quickly,” the alert warned, urging Australians to verify the status of any border crossing before attempting to leave by air, land or sea.

“Consider the risks carefully before attempting to leave by any route and you should make your own assessment whether it’s safe for you to travel in current circumstances,” it said.

Danielle Fishel Reveals Body-Shaming Struggles Threatened Her Acting Career

Danielle Fishel, the actress best known for her role as Topanga Lawrence on the iconic 1990s show “Boy Meets World,” recently shared her struggles with body image during the height of her fame.

In a candid interview, Fishel discussed the challenges she faced growing up in the spotlight and revealed how her self-doubt almost led her to abandon her acting career.

“Even though it was never explicitly said, I understood that those in charge viewed my body as problematic,” Fishel, now 44, told Us Weekly. “I specifically recall the period around the prom episode in 1998, and how there was a reluctance for me to wear sleeveless outfits.”

As the series drew to a close, Fishel struggled with feelings of inadequacy, believing that her weight gain made her less appealing.

“Every day on set was a challenge for me because I was so uncomfortable,” she admitted. “I felt unattractive due to the weight I had gained and wished to be anywhere but there. I probably came across as quite grumpy.”

During the show’s last season, the executives addressed her weight gain in one episode titled, “She’s Having My Baby Back Ribs.” In the episode, Topanga pretends to be pregnant as she struggles with body insecurities.

Now, watching back, Fishel said those feelings of inadequacy almost ended her on-camera career moving forward.

“I feel some cognitive dissonance because I’m aware that what my eyes are seeing doesn’t match up with the way I feel watching,” she admitted. “It just doesn’t feel good. The season 7 episodes are tainted with the feeling of incredible insecurity and fear of being on camera, which was hard for me to shake and probably why I didn’t really want to go forward with a career on camera.”

“I wouldn’t say or do [anything] differently other than be more accepting and loving of myself,” she added.

Fishel became a household name on the hit series “Boy Meets World,” starring as Topanga Lawrence. She landed the role at age 12 and starred in the show for seven years.

The former child star, who recently competed on “Dancing with the Stars,” previously spoke about how her loved ones kept her grounded in Hollywood, despite her childhood fame.

“My family is the thing that keeps me grounded,” the “Boy Meets World” star told Fox News Digital, while standing next to her dance partner Pasha Pashkov.

“My family didn’t need me to have a job, but they allowed me to have a job, because I wanted it. And because of that, they then made sure I still came home from work and picked up the dog poop in the backyard,” the actress said.

“Every morning I still had to make my bed, and they never let me go to like, you know, teen nightclubs,” Fishel explained.

The star said her mom told her, “‘If you don’t want to do this anymore, you just say the word, and I will whip this car around so fast your head will spin.’”

Fishel explained that her mom’s advice would always come to mind when she started taking things for granted.

“My mom would remind me that this was, at one time, a dream for me. And if it no longer becomes a dream, then let it go.

“And then I would think to myself, ‘Is this still a dream? No, it’s still a dream.’ And you just keep going,” the actress said.

During her time on “DWTS,” Fishel said she was feeling “comfortable in my body, more like I kind of know what I’m doing, more familiar with just the space and what the days and nights are like.”

“My confidence has definitely grown each week,” despite how difficult the choreography can be.

Florida Man Accused of Hiding Human Remains in Suitcases Discovered in Isolated Area

0

A man from Florida has been taken into custody following the discovery of human remains inside two suitcases in an isolated location, officials reported.

The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office booking records reveal that 19-year-old Lucas Sander Jones from Indialantic was initially arrested on several charges, such as evidence tampering, abuse of a deceased person, and improper disposal of human remains. Records indicate he was released after posting a $7,500 bond.

Subsequently, jail records show that Jones was re-arrested and is currently being held without bond on a second-degree murder charge.

The investigation commenced on March 28 when police responded to a call from Palm Bay in an area known as “The Compound,” a mostly undeveloped piece of land in Central Florida.

On Sunday, Lucas Jones was apprehended and booked into Brevard County Jail. He faced charges including abuse of a dead human body, improper disposal of human remains, and evidence tampering. These charges were later upgraded to premeditated murder. (Source: WOFL-TV)

According to a police affidavit obtained by FOX 35 Orlando, upon arrival, authorities observed vultures circling and discovered an abandoned black suitcase. Inside, they found human remains, investigators said.

A second suitcase containing additional remains was located nearby, according to police. Detectives later identified Jones as a person of interest after finding an Amazon package with his name and address in one of the abandoned suitcases.

Police executed a search warrant at Jones’ home, where they made contact with Jones and his girlfriend. Authorities said that Jones had visible injuries, and he declined to speak with investigators.

Wooded area where suitcase was found

Authorities were notified about vultures surrounding an abandoned closed suitcase in the area of 1574 Bonbardier Boulevard on March 28, around 10:50 a.m. This is in an undeveloped 2,784-acre area in Palm Bay, known as “The Compound.” (WOFL-TV)

During a search of the home, officers found blood stains and a knife like one recovered from a suitcase.

Whose body was in the suitcase?

Authorities have not yet publicly confirmed the identity of the victim. However, WFTV reported that police believe the remains that were found were associated with 28-year-old Colie Lee Daniel.

Daniel was reported missing on March 22.

According to the affidavit, Jones’ girlfriend told police she last saw Daniel on March 20 at Jones’ residence, appearing unconscious. She said Jones later told her Daniel had left the home.

The following day, she said Jones asked her to drive him to The Compound, where she saw him discard containers and other items.

Officers found one suitcase that was lying in tall grass and emitting an odor, Fox News affiliate WOFL-TV reported. (WOFL-TV)

The investigation remains active as officials work to confirm the identity of the victim.

Jones is scheduled to be arraigned on April 21.

Motion Calls for Trump’s Lawyer to Be Disqualified from Key Case Due to DOJ Involvement and Senate Promise

0

Then-former President Donald Trump sits in a courtroom between his lawyers Emil Bove, left, and Todd Blanche, right, before the start of the day”s proceedings in the Manhattan Criminal court, Tuesday, May 21, 2024, in New York. (Dave Sanders/The New York Times via AP, Pool).

Student activist Mahmoud Khalil has requested the full 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to revisit a decision that requires him to contest his deportation under the jurisdiction of the Trump administration. His legal team argues that one of the judges should not participate in this review process.

The attorneys’ 15-page motion points to U.S. Circuit Judge Emil Bove’s prior commitment to the U.S. Senate. He had assured that he would recuse himself from cases where his previous roles in the DOJ as acting deputy attorney general and principal associate deputy attorney general under President Donald Trump might present conflicts of interest.

In his Senate questionnaire, Bove stated, “My current position at the United States Department of Justice could lead to real or potential conflicts, as I am managing criminal and civil cases nationwide, including those in the Third Circuit. I would withdraw from cases I was directly involved in, should they appear before the court.”

Despite facing whistleblower claims—claims he denied—that he suggested ignoring court orders that could hinder the Trump administration’s Alien Enemies Act deportations, Bove was still confirmed as a federal appellate judge for life.

Instead of distancing himself from the former president, Bove chose to attend a Trump rally in December, which subsequently resulted in a misconduct complaint against him.

“Just here as a citizen coming to watch the president speak,” Bove explained.

Khalil now says that, beyond that general background, Bove’s actions specific to him require disqualification.

Claiming evidence that Bove had “direct involvement” in launching the DOJ’s post-Oct. 7 investigations of “terrorism, antisemitic civil rights violations, and other federal crimes committed by Hamas supporters in the United States, including on college campuses” like Columbia University and the group Columbia University Apartheid Divestment, Khalil said it should be obvious to the judge himself what he must do.

“Public reporting demonstrates the existence, or at least the appearance of, a conflict of interest due to Judge Bove’s prior positions at the U.S. Department of Justice and involvement in the investigation of student protestors, including at Columbia University where Respondents perceived Mr. Khalil to be a leader,” the motion said. “Judge Bove held high-level leadership and supervisory positions at DOJ from the initiation of Mr. Khalil’s detention and the subsequent filing of his habeas challenge through the filing of the Respondents’ appeal in this case.”

“Consistent with recusal standards and Judge Bove’s statements to the Senate Judiciary Committee, Petitioner’s counsel understands that he would himself decide to recuse in matters that could give rise to either an actual conflict of interest or a potential or apparent conflict of interest of which he was aware. Nevertheless, respectfully and in an abundance of caution, counsel are compelled to bring this motion because the facts […] could reasonably give rise to an appearance of partiality in this high-profile and important case,” the filing went on.

In short, Khalil stated that Bove is linked, either in fact or by perception, to his March 2025 arrest and everything that followed, including more than three months of detainment, his release, and now an attempted redo of a 3rd Circuit decision that went against him in January.

The 2-1 court ruled that Khalil’s challenge of ongoing efforts by Secretary of State Marco Rubio to remove him from the country to Algeria or Syria on foreign policy grounds had to run its course in the executive branch’s immigration courts first, where the odds are stacked against him.

In seeking a rehearing by the full — en banc — court of that decision, Khalil insisted that Bove must formally recuse himself from casting a vote.

“[G]iven Judge Bove’s high level position, portfolio, and reported involvement in investigating Columbia student protestors in contemplation of immigration enforcement so close in time to Mr. Khalil’s arrest, a reasonable member of the public could fairly infer that Judge Bove did work on Mr. Khalil’s case,” the filing concluded.

Meghan Unveils Heartwarming Ski Adventure: Harry and Archie Hit the Slopes in Rare Footage

In a touching moment that delighted fans, the Duchess of Sussex revealed a brief video clip showcasing Prince Harry and their young son Archie engaged in a delightful skiing adventure. Her pride in her “boys” was apparent, as Meghan Markle, 44, offered a rare peek into their family life across the Atlantic.

The short video, only a few seconds long, captures the Duke of Sussex, 41, skillfully navigating the snowy slopes with Archie closely following his lead. Filmed from behind, the scene highlights the familial bond as father and son enjoy the winter sport together.

Archie, just six years old, demonstrates impressive skill as he glides effortlessly, carving a neat zig-zag pattern down the snowy hillside. His ability to mimic his father’s movements is both endearing and a testament to his quick learning abilities.

Sharing this cherished moment on Instagram, Meghan, known for her role in “Suits,” captioned the post with affection: “My boys. Quick learner, Archie! So proud.” Her words reflect the joy and pride she feels witnessing her son’s accomplishments on the slopes.

In the heart-warming post shared on Instagram, the Suits actress wrote: ‘My boys. Quick learner, Archie! So proud.’

It appears the six-year-old has adopted his father’s love for the wintertime sport, as Harry once took to the slopes with his parents, Princess Diana and King Charles III, at Klosters, a Swiss resort, as a child.

Last December, Prince Harry was spotted on a skiing trip with Argentine polo player and close friend Nacho Figueras in Aspen, Colorado.

Harry and Figueras first met in 2006 at a charity match for Sentebale, a charity which was set up by the prince and later counted Figueras as a patron.

The Duke donned a mauve ski jacket with a blue helmet and sunglasses as he chatted with the 48-year-old before the pair took to the slopes.

It was understood that neither Meghan nor their two children, Archie and Lilibet, four, joined Harry on the December skiing trip. However, the family of four did later enjoy Christmas at home in Montecito, California.

‘Prince Harry was with Nacho for about four hours on the mountains,’ a source told Hello! at the time.

‘The pair spent the day skiing and enjoyed lunch together at one of the restaurants at the resort. Harry seemed happy and was also joined by a number of male friends on the slopes.’

The Duke of Sussex had previously been on a skiing holiday with his wife at Powder Mountain Ski Resort in Utah in February 2024.

Posting pictures of Meghan smiling next to her friends, her close friend Heather Dorak wrote: ‘Wow, what a perfect trip!! My heart is so full.

‘The kids crushed the slopes by day, and the adults howled with laughter deep into the night. Truly lucky in love with our wonderful friends!’

It was previously speculated that both Archie and Lilibet joined their parents on the trip, with Meghan previously voicing her hopes for the two to learn how to ski.

Bridget Bridge, who is the wife of Invictus Games 2025 board member, told The Mirror: ‘Meghan said that she really wanted her children to learn to ski and that maybe Whistler was the ideal place.

‘She said she didn’t ski, so we told her they must come and learn.’

In 2024, Harry also tried his hand at sit-skiing during a visit to a training camp before the 2025 Invictus Games in Canada.

Meanwhile, during his 2025 visit to Aspen, he competed in the World Snow Polo Championships in Colorado.

Harry donned a vibrant blue pullover, black helmet, white trousers and black sunglasses as he rode on the back of a brown horse and held a polo mallet.

The Duke was joined on his team at Rio Grande Park by polo stars Grant Gazi and Nic Roldan – while Figueras was on another side.

Harry and Figueras have played polo alongside one another in various matches over the years, with the polo player becoming one of the Sussexes’ most vocal supporters.

The model – dubbed the ‘David Beckham of Polo’ – was also among a handful of the couple’s closest confidantes who appeared in their 2022 Netflix documentary.
