She has had a dramatic transformation since she first appeared on our screens back in 1990.

From liposuction to thread lifts, Danniella – who shot to fame as fresh-faced Sam Mitchell on EastEnders – has undergone countless cosmetic procedures over the years after her septum infamously collapsed due to cocaine use.

Drug abuse caused Danniella’s septum to rot away by 1999, and her EastEnders scenes had to be shot from above to conceal her nostrils.

A now-famous photo of her at the British serial Awards revealed just how much of her nose had rotted away from the drugs, forcing her to leave the serial as her partying and addiction took over her life.

Speaking on Celebrity Big Brother in 2016, the celebrity said: “When I got over a drug addiction, I then swapped that addiction for a cosmetic surgery addiction.” The actress then started to undergo a number of cosmetic surgeries to restore her nose.

Eight boob jobs

When she made an appearance on Celebrity Botched Up Bodies on Channel 5, she described how she went from a 34B to a 34D and back up to a 34DD.

She acknowledged ignoring her surgeon’s advice when she asked him to enlarge her bust because she wanted “huge footballs” despite his concerns.

“He stated you’re too little, your body shape isn’t right, and this won’t look properly… I didn’t care, though, and I pleaded with him to do it, she said.

“I thought footballs were great, but I want huge ones.”

Liposuction on knees

Many choose to have liposuction on their tummy or bum when it comes to this procedure.

Danniella, though, has experienced it in her knees in addition to her lips, cheeks, and knees.

“I underwent cosmetic surgery.” I haven’t needed a facelift, an eye lift, Botox, or knee liposuction, she previously admitted to The Sun.

Although I’d like to think I wouldn’t need plastic surgery again, I probably would.

Screws instead of teeth 

Danniella was left with screws instead of teeth after her cheekbones “wasted away” as a result of having osteoporosis, a disease that weakens bones.

She has consistently maintained that osteoporosis was not brought on by drug use but rather a failed operation in 2015.

The celebrity previously revealed that although her full denture is in place, it is resting on the roof of her mouth.

She told The Mirror, “They need to remove a piece of bone from my skull and insert a plate into my face, but they currently have nothing to attach the plate to because the bone isn’t strong enough.”

In 2016, while competing on Celebrity Big Brother, Danniella was dragged from the house to need emergency dental care because she was in excruciating agony.

They brought her out of the house three times to the dentist, which is against protocol, because the pain was so excruciating because the bone hadn’t closed around the screws, she claimed.

She developed septicemia as a result and spent seven weeks in the hospital.

“I did nearly die, I had two lots of IV drips on each side and then they took all my teeth out again and gave me this denture which has broken my heart because I didn’t need all of my teeth out in the first place,” she said.

Rib inserted into her cheek

She had reconstructive surgery last year and had a piece of her rib implanted in her face.

After osteoporosis eaten away her cheeks and mouth in 2018, she has previously undergone a rib insertion treatment.

The celebrity underwent a vast series of procedures, some of which included exchanging her teeth, including a horrifying-sounding process.

“People send me messages like, ‘You’re so ugly, you’re an addict, you should just go and kill yourself,”

I’ve also had messages saying they are glad I’m not coming back to EastEnders because no one wants me scaring their kids on the telly.”

She added: “I’ve got to a point where looking like this upsets me, so I’m going to make a change — not because of what others think but so I can be happy with the way I am.

“It will change the way I look but also help my breathing and sinus issues.”

1,200 threads in face

The actress flew to Turkey earlier this year for her fifth cosmetic reconstruction procedure.

She got a fat transfer as well as a surgical thread lift, a procedure in which temporary stitches are used to create a “lift” in the skin.

“I had a surgical thread lift where they put over 1,200 threads into my face,” Danniella said to OK! Magazine in May.

“My visit there was intended to have them repair my nose, but they haven’t yet done so. They tried to straighten my nose with 200 threads, but it didn’t work. I consequently feel like I wasted my time.

“I also had fat harvesting [a fat transfer],” she continued. They removed the fat from my

back, my sides, and my stomach, and put it into my face to make it more symmetrical.”

However, she admitted that she regretted the surgery and described the results as a “living nightmare”.
