Jennifer Lopez offered another glimpse of her impressive fitness as she was seen leaving a gym in Santa Monica, California, after a workout on Wednesday.
The 57-year-old actress showcased her sculpted physique, toned midriff and defined muscles while sipping coffee on her way out of the gym.
Lopez’s latest workout came shortly after her ex-husband, Ben Affleck, spoke candidly about their brief second chance at romance. He also suggested that her acting performances have been unfairly “overlooked” by awards voters during her career.
The Daily Mail has contacted Lopez’s representative for comment but has not yet received a response.
Lopez highlighted her athletic figure in a cobalt green sports bra, which drew attention to her muscular arms and flat stomach.
She completed the gym outfit with matching high-waisted leggings, white athletic shoes and tall white socks.

The Hustlers star smiled as she walked into the sunshine, shielding her eyes behind stylish aviator sunglasses fitted with lavender-tinted lenses.
The glasses were framed by Lopez’s long caramel-colored hair, which she swept back to show off her gold earrings.
While Lopez concentrated on her fitness that day, Affleck was discussing their relationship and her career in a newly published interview.
The 54-year-old Oscar winner worked with Lopez on Kiss of the Spider Woman after their divorce. The remake was released last year, seven months after their divorce was finalized.
Although Lopez earned praise for her performance, she received little awards-season attention after also being left out of the Oscar nominations for her role in the 2019 drama Hustlers.
In an interview with Variety , Affleck was asked why he believed his former wife had been “overlooked.” He responded with strong admiration for Lopez, saying: “I’m biased. I have an enormous amount of respect and admiration for what she can do.
“What I’ve found with awards is that sometimes the degree of commercial success for things doesn’t always correlate to my taste. It’s a part of this weird, subjective business that people bring a lot of their own stuff to.”
Affleck, who has received two Oscar nominations and won both times, added that he does not always believe the right person receives the right award.

He continued: “But guess what? I don’t think you die and go to heaven, and God says, ‘This was the actual best picture in 1986.’ At the end of the day, it’s just a bunch of people voting on movie prizes.”
The Good Will Hunting actor rekindled his romance with Lopez in 2021, after the couple had originally split in 2004.
The two stars went on to say ‘I do’ in Las Vegas on July 16, 2022 and took part in a larger ceremony in August 2022 at the actor’s Georgia property in front of family as well as close friends.
Lopez filed for divorce from Affleck on the two-year anniversary of their Georgia wedding. The divorce was finalized in early 2025.
Despite the split, the pair seemingly have remained on good terms as they reunited on the red carpet at the premiere of the aforementioned Kiss of the Spider Woman in NYC last year in October.
Affleck also shares children Violet, 20, Fin, 17, and Samuel, 14, with ex-wife Jennifer Garner. The former couple were married from 2005 through 2018.
As the A-lister has been at the center of several memes including smoking, dropping his entire Dunkin’ delivery, and sad Batman, he revealed that his eldest daughter gave him the hilarious nickname of ‘the beleaguered man.’
As he did numerous advertisement campaigns with his favorite donut and iced coffee chain Dunkin’ after his memes went viral, he told Variety: ‘You have to recognize the value there. That’s the spirit and nature of media and celebrity interaction now.

‘You have to have a sense of humor and be in on the joke with people. Like how I became a meme for “the beleaguered man,” as my daughter calls it.’
He went on to talk about the iconic ‘smoking Ben’ meme where he was photographed in London back in 2016 as his eyes were rolling in the back of his head while having one hand on his pocket and the other holding a cigarette.
Affleck said: ‘That’s how I was feeling. Does anyone have any idea what I had to deal with by 11 a.m. that morning?
‘All of us have moments — you’ve got to be willing to let your guard down about it. It’s about fairness.’
He compared it to the production company he founded with Matt Damon in 2022 named Artists Equity.
Affleck said: ‘It’s why we have the word “equity” in the company name. I can’t change the world, but I can change the nature of commerce or the way we work and operate.
‘If you want more control as an artist, you’ve got to be willing to take more responsibility. Even if that means how you’re exploited, on your own terms.’

Affleck has had a tough year as he lost both of his parents.
It was revealed in July that mother Chris Affleck died on June 2 following a battle with pancreatic cancer. Then, Ben’s brother Casey Affleck, 51, revealed in early September that their father had died earlier this year.
Of the death of his parents he said: ‘One of the things you grapple with at my age when parents die is there’s a comfort and awareness in knowing this is how it’s supposed to go. When I go, it will be hard for my children, but none of us want it any other way.
‘My mom said to me at the end of her life: “God, I thought 84 years would seem longer.” And I thought, “I bet, because I thought 54 would seem longer.”
‘That’s what we get. We get this much time, and it’s a reminder not to put anything off or fix it later. It’s more about how you show up every day with everybody else. I’m lucky my mom didn’t pass away younger of something more painful.’
His mother Chris was an inspiring woman as she graduated from Harvard and spent 35 years as a public school teacher until her retirement in 2008.
Of his mother’s inspiration, Affleck said: ‘My gosh, yeah. She’s an amazing woman. Going through her stuff, you see this woman lived an entire lifetime that had nothing to do with me.

‘We got to have this nice adult relationship; we were really honest, and I was [able] to have discussions with her that I didn’t even imagine I would be able to when I was younger.’
The A-lister also praised his late mother for how she lived the final few months of her life.
Affleck told Variety: ‘She had this cancer diagnosis, and a great lesson was the proactive way she said, “I’m going to make a decision about how much treatment I want to do and how that’s going to impact my life.”
‘She made her choices. She wanted to see her friends. She really committed to being a great-grandmother. [We tried] to get her to move to L.A. She had her friends and her thing. She shoveled her own walk. But she would get on a plane for any of her five grandkids.’
