Her captivating ultimate moves and dynamic combat style are sure to enthrall all Wuthering Waves enthusiasts.

Aside from the Cyberpunk Edgerunners characters, Lucilla is confirmed to debut in the Wuthering Waves 3.4 update. She is a 5-star Rectifier user from the Glacio element, who, according to the leaks, fits into the role of a hybrid support-DPS role.
As per the information from Encore.moe, a credible third-party source, Lucilla’s kit caters to both Glacio Chafe and Echo Skill mechanics. This means players can pair her with Hiyuki, the strongest DPS from the same element.
Wuthering Waves 3.4 leaks: New map, Expedition Motorbike, and more
