HoYoverse has unveiled an exciting collaboration with acclaimed anime streaming service Crunchyroll to coincide with the launch of Genshin Impact 7.0. This partnership, highlighted on both Genshin Impact and Crunchyroll’s social media channels, is set to debut on August 12, 2026, in conjunction with the introduction of Snezhnaya, the realm of Cryo.
Through this Genshin Impact and Crunchyroll collaboration, players can look forward to a host of rewards, including coveted Primogems, Mora, an exclusive Gadget Pet, and additional bonuses.

Genshin Impact x Crunchyroll collab details
The collaboration will commence on August 12, 2026, and will remain accessible to players until September 22, 2026.
Participation in this collaboration is exclusive to players in the United States, Canada, and Latin America, with the exception of Cuba. Additionally, any redemption codes supplied through this event can be used solely on the America Server.
The following rewards will be available as part of this collab:
- Primogems x40
- Mystic Enhancement Ore x3
- Hero’s Wit x3
- Mora x20,000
- Gadget Pet “Neo Terminal: Floating Leaf Model”
While the Primogems, Mystic Enhancement Ores, Hero’s Wits, and Mora will be available to all eligible Crunchyroll members, the Gadget Pet is exclusively reserved for higher-tier (Mega Fan and Ultimate Fan) Crunchyroll members only.
How to get Neo Terminal: Floating Leaf Model pet in Genshin Impact
The Neo Terminal: Floating Leaf Model pet is only available to players who have a Mega Fan or Ultimate Fan membership.
To get this specific reward as part of the Genshin Impact x Crunchyroll collab, follow these steps:
- Visit the official Genshin Impact x Crunchyroll collaboration page.
- Sign in with your Crunchyroll account (or sign up for a membership, if you do not have one yet).
- Click on the “Claim Reward” button to get the redemption codes for both the Gadget Pet and the Primogem bundle.
- Redeem the codes from the official Genshin Impact redemption website, or in-game.
Do note that Crunchyroll members who do not have the Mega Fan or Ultimate Fan membership can only get the code for the Primogem bundle, and not for the Gadget pet.
However, you are free to upgrade to the Mega Fan or Ultimate Fan membership tier at any time during the collaboration period in order to immediately obtain the Neo Terminal: Floating Leaf Model pet reward.
Genshin Impact x Crunchyroll collab code redemption rules
The following rules must be kept in mind whilst redeeming the codes from the Genshin Impact x Crunchyroll collab:
- All redemption codes expire on September 22, 2026, at 8:59 AM (PT).
- Redemption codes are only valid on the America server.
- Each Crunchyroll account can only claim the redemption codes once.
- If you already have the Neo Terminal: Floating Leaf Model pet on your Genshin Impact account, you will not be able to obtain it again.
- All players will need to have reached a minimum of Adventure Rank 2 to receive rewards from this collab.
