How to get Dragon Warlord in Universal Tower Defense X

Players can potentially obtain the Dragon Warlord by completing the Emperor of the Beasts Act within the World Raid mode. To access this mode, head to the World Train zone and board the train leading to the World Raids.

There is an 8% chance of acquiring the Dragon Warlord upon successfully finishing the Emperor of the Beasts Act. Given the formidable nature of the enemies and bosses in World Raids, teaming up with other players is highly recommended. Enter the Global Queue to join forces with fellow veterans aiming to secure this Kaido-inspired unit.

There is an 8% chance of obtaining Dragon Warlord after finishing the Emperor of the Beasts Act. Given that World Raids feature powerful enemies and bosses, it is advised to team up with other players in the lobby. Enter the Global Queue to get paired with other veterans gunning for the Kaido-inspired unit.

Courtesy of the Dragon Warlord Pity, you’re guaranteed to get this unit after 25 runs. The pity meter resets if you get the unit before finishing the Raid a total of 25 times in Universal Tower Defense X.


Evolution requirements for Dragon Warlord in Universal Tower Defense X

Dragon Warlord has a single evolution called Dragon Warlord (Rage). To get its evolved form, interact with the Evolutions NPC, select the character, and submit the following items:

  • 4x Universal Fragment
  • 8x Phantom Fragment
  • 12x Burning Fragment
  • 1x Dragon Club
  • 25,000 Gold

You can get all kinds of fragments in Universal Tower Defense X from the Merchant and Virtual Merchant. Most are also obtainable from Legend Stages.

Dragon Club has a 10% drop chance in the Emperor of the Beasts Act of the World Raid. The pity for this evolution item is 15 Raid completions, and its sole use is to evolve Dragon Warlord.

Dragon Warlord has four passive abilities in Universal Tower Defense X. The details of each passive have been given below:

Dragon Rage

  • Dragon Warlord (Rage) has a ‘Rage’ bar that goes up to 100. After Etherealization 4, the bar has a limit of 150 Rage.
  • The unit gains 1% Rage with every second and with every takedown and attack.
  • After gaining every 2% Rage, the unit receives 1% Damage and 1% Range.
  • At 65 or more Rage, it enters the Hybrid Form. This form gives it 20% Damage Over Time [35% after Etherealization 2] and 20% True Damage [30% after Etherealization 2].
  • At 100 or more Rage, it gains the ability to enter the Dragon Form.
  • Dragon Form allows the user to summon a dragon that can be controlled manually. It deals 100% of the unit’s damage [150% after Etherealization 6].
  • The Dragon Form has a duration of 60 seconds [90 seconds after Etherealization 6].
  • When the Rage bar is empty, this unit goes back to Normal Form.

Dragon Assault

  • After every attack, this unit moves to the last enemy it hit. It then performs abilities based on its current form.
  • In Normal Form, it launches a full AOE Follow-up Attack for 20% Damage.
  • In Hybrid Form, it launches a full AOE Follow-up Attack for 35% Damage and applies a 25% Slow for 5 seconds to all enemies that are hit.
  • If a Boss leaves half this unit’s range, the Dragon Warlord (Rage) moves to the boss’ location and unleashes a Follow-Up Attack.

Dragon Breath

  • This passive is triggered on every attack and is based on the unit’s form.
  • Normal Form: Apply Burn to enemies for 30% Damage over 4 ticks.
  • Hybrid Form: Apply Burn for 30% Damage over 4 ticks and Stun for 1 second.

Conqueror of Lighting

  • When an enemy enters half this unit’s range, it launches Dragon Assault as a Follow-up Attack. The unit also applies Stun for 2 seconds and Electrified for 30% Damage over 5 ticks.
  • When applying Burn to Electrified enemies, the Electrified debuff is removed but the enemies receive 50% Damage instantly.

Since all forms of Dragon Warlord (Rage) are based on its Rage meter, you don’t have to activate them manually, like those of Alpha Devil and Devil Hunter.
