Former MasterChef Australia judge Melissa Leong flaunted her sensational figure on Monday as she took an ice bath at a trendy wellness clinic.

Posting to Instagram Stories, the 42-year-old shared a black-and-white photograph of herself looking svelte in a high-waist bikini.

She wore her hair out in natural waves and appeared to be makeup-free.

‘Long week essential’, she wrote next to the pouty mirror selfie.

It comes amid reports Melissa is being primed for an international television career following her shock exit from MasterChef Australia last year.

There are ‘whispers’ she has ‘caught the attention of other international MasterChef formats including MasterChef Asia and MasterChef Singapore,’ the Herald Sun reported in January.

The publication went on to claim Melissa has attracted a growing fanbase in the UK, South Africa and New Zealand, thanks to episodes of MasterChef Australia airing around the world.

The Channel Ten star, who has moved onto a new role as a judge on Dessert Masters, hinted at big career moves ahead in a post to Instagram made in December.

‘For those who supported and believed in me; a huge and heartfelt thank you. And for those who didn’t… you’re going to thoroughly hate what’s coming next!’ she wrote in her caption.

The food critic was dropped from MasterChef Australia last year amid rumours of a feud between herself and fellow judges Andy Allen and the late Jock Zonfrillo, which she has denied.

Melissa is also working on her upcoming SBS documentary series The Hospital: In The Deep End.

Additionally, she announced earlier this year she would be hosting UFC Fight Week on Kayo Sports and Foxtel.

Melissa is also one of the names in the running to replace Better Homes and Gardens star Ed Halmagyi after it was revealed he was leaving the show.

‘I’m so focused on all the incredible projects,’ she said.
