The actress and Goop founder discussed following a low-calorie meal plan that included having bone broth at lunch. She makes sure to put protein in the salad. Paltrow said that she likes having stir-fries, chicken, or pasta.

According to Delish.com, Tracy Anderson, a personal trainer who has worked with many stars including Paltrow, said that people should go gluten-free and stop eating carbs in order to drop pounds in 2017. People thought that sounded too intense.
Someone who worked for Goop explained to E! News, “We would never advocate for an unhealthy diet or extreme routine. As Tracy said in the interview, you should make choices based on what is best for your individual body.”
If Gwyneth Paltrow’s diet was really unhealthy, she wouldn’t say that she loves eating French fries. She would be much stricter and would never stray from healthy food choices.
However, it’s important to note that when the star talks about detoxing, that’s definitely unhealthy. And sometimes, she will use the phrase “detox” even when she is still eating food. Page Six reported that in June 2023, Paltrow shared a salad with salmon and veggies on her social media.

Experts said that it was a healthy meal and that the actress shouldn’t have been saying “detox” as that has unhealthy connotations.
Gwyneth Paltrow Believes In A Gluten-Free Diet
Gwyneth Paltrow’s diet is sometimes gluten-free, and she spoke about this lifestyle choice when she released her 2016 cookbook “It’s All Good.”
According to OK Magazine, Paltrow spoke to Dr. Frank Lipman and said that her children Apple and Moses, who were young at the time, liked the food that she was making. She said, “The kids don’t really notice that the food at home is ‘healthy’ because they are still having meatballs and chicken nuggets and stir fries and dumplings, etc. (just made in a better way).”
Paltrow also explained that in her opinion, “food should be organic wherever possible, local where possible, minimally processed or messed with, and made with love.”
Going gluten-free became trendy several years back. Since then, doctors, dietitians, and other experts have often commented on the food trend. Based on these cookbook and website recipes, it seems like sometimes Gwyneth Paltrow’s diet is all about avoiding dairy and gluten and focusing on protein and vegetables. While she goes lower-carb on some days, she embraces carbs on others.
